Originally I had an agreement with Beast to deal the Guerreros for the Vachon starting in December, which is how the guerreros got the NWA World Tag Team Title. With Mid-Atlantic changing hands and this new draft, I decided to keep Chavo and Mando since they fit my style better anyway. With that said, I would propose having the NWA tag titles be controlled by the Board of Directors the same as the NWA World Champion. Title changes done by vote of NWA members, booking controlled by the NWA President with priority to the home promotion of the champions, etc. Also willing to listen to other suggestions

Discussion #2 – Rosters etc. This second discussion is to look at rosters. I know we discussed the idea of keeping inactive promotions full with a roster, and while that has helped a couple of the promotions, we do have some new blood and could look at a different idea. For those individuals involved, could we look at some changed with out rosters… A possible re-draft with exceptions. If a promotion is interested in this process, they would have 10 people (managers and wrestlers) on a keep list. We could pop out to 15 if it is a issue. Promotions DO NOT HAVE TO DO THIS. The rest of your roster would be added to the master list of every inactive rosters workers…

Discussion #3 – New month drafts One of the concerns I had with the new month drafts was the order and individuals coming in and picking up someone else’ spot they took over for. This is the absolute worst time for me to bring it up but just something to put out there for discussion. WCCW - ASW - ICW - Mid-South - WWC - Stampede - AWA - Southeastern - Southwest - International - Big Time - Memphis - MACW - WWA - Florida - That’s the current list. Could it be possible to bump all those inactive rosters out of the list, moving everyone up who is active. Then as individuals join, they go to the bottom of the round. For instance, it would look like …

Discussion # 1 – Inactive promotions - The first thing we need to look at is inactive promotions. Right now for active promotions we have AWA – Rain CWF – Superfan BigTime – Dexstar WWA – Jhawk Memphis – Kevin Southeastern – Boon Mid South – Low Blow We have a couple of bubble promotions World Class – Jesse WWC – El Boricua Mid Atlantic – Beast All Star – Wahoo’s leg We have promotions who have dropped Southwest Stampede ICW International Now those promotions have got rosters held for them right now. We have to make a call on the inactive and bubble promotions unless they speak up. I know Beast has had some reservations, but I a…

Harley Race is currently the champion. Ric Flair will become champion next, most likely in November. Keep that in mind when booking. WWA has every non-booked Harley Race date and has the option of at least 1/3 of the dates per month. Same with JCP when Flair is champion. Also until WWA weighs in, ALL NON-JAPAN DATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Want to make sure he has Race for important TV and big shows when necessary. The champion is NOT to lose by pinfall or submission, even in a non-title or tag-team match without prior permission. Any misappropriation of the champion in this way may result in loss of booking dates. 11/12 - WWA 11/13 - 11/14 - 11/15 - …

So it looks my spare time is getting less and less to spend on this project. I have two week long breaks coming up abroad before Xmas, aswell as working in retail my spare time is not what it was. I will have time come the new year and will be able to put my time back into this project.

ATTN: PROMOTERS Matty Mouron is offering to purchase the IWF roster. He proposes the following terms and conditions to this purchase: 1. Only the roster will switch hands - no previous history, titles, etc. of the former Maple Leaf/WWF/IWF enterprises 2. The new entity will run shows only in Michigan, with a home base of Detroit, but with no restrictions on television distribution 3. The new entity will not be a part of any existing inter-promotional alliances exclusively at the outset - but is willing to work, case by case, with any other promotion or alliance 4. The new entity also does not "contest" other promotions appearing in Michigan live or on t…

Just as the others.... Not necessarily going first come first serve as well. JCP may be using Hansen and Abby at points so that will impact the schedule. Memphis is in search of another manger. If anyone is looking to drop one into free agency as some rosters get trimmed down or looking for a trade, let me know. Would love with an English accent or from Canada.

There's been a lot of argument over this and I understand that it's a hard thing to deal with. This whole thing has changed by a whole lot over the last month and it's not going to be easy to deal with regardless of how you look at it. There are a lot of things that need to be decided, both in terms of participation and how everything is distributed once the dust clears. So I made polls for us to do it democratically. My feeling on the first is that people who have gotten mergers should abstain from voting as it seems like we have gotten the treasure trove and it ought to be up to those who have not if they get the same. After these things are settled, I think it wo…

Right here goes... Ive been using Marty Oates on my Alabama shows and have an ongoing deal to loan him for Thursday and Fridays. Dawho would like Jake Roberts, I have no need for Steamboat, Steamboats fits in Stampede for its style. I can trade Jake for Steamers and then Steamers for a 2 month rookie and a tag wrestler lifer in Neidhart?

JULY 26, 1983 WHO WILL LEAD THE NWA INTO PROSPERITY? The National Wrestling Alliance recently chose Jim Crockett Jr. as its newest President. As President, Crockett will get to book the NWA champion and be the deciding vote when it comes to deciding future NWA champions. There is word that Crockett is pushing hard to make Ric Flair the next NWA champion. While Flair’s last run as NWA champion was highly successful, some want to take a chance on a younger, better looking wrestler such as Canada’s Rick Martel or Fabulous Freebirds leader, Michael Hayes, who is currently considered the industry leader of understanding the MTV generation of pop culture. However, even th…

So there has been a question raised and I don't want it to distract from CWF's thread. Solie now appears to be working for rival factions due to Boon's expansion. Several questions come up. Is Southeastern going to continue running in Georgia or is it going to go dark for a time? Where should Solie go? These are not questions I am prepared or equipped to answer, nor do I have a horse in the race. I just don't want to see the promotion thread derailed.

I, Jack Tunney, tried to throw myself into my work after the death of my brother Frank the greatest promoter of all-time. Maple Leaf Wrestling was a wonderful promotion and it was about to show the whole world that at the second grandest stage there is in MSG. However, life is hard for Jack Tunney. My other job, my wife and other projects are taking up a lot of my time and I feel I can not go on. A lot of my favourite working partners have retired as well, from Don Owen, Vince McMahon Sr. to my good Georgia friend. The fun seems to be sucked out of promoting. Since the IWF is closing shop, let me lay down the plans that were in works. The best wrestler in the worl…
