I turned the TV on just in time to see Sammy fly onto a prone Darby lying on the ladder. Sammy Guevara deserves most improved wrestler. His mannerisms, slowing down and being more vicious in his attacks, just a great character all around.

Chris Jericho is #1 and the best. By far, the best heel commentatorbaince Jesse Ventura. Makes the empty arena meaningless with his enthusiasm. Him and Schiavone have a chemistry that just works. And he uttered the greatest line in wrestling commentator history... "She went from Ace Frehley to Gene Simmons in one match". Priceless.

Apparently this is still going on with essential personnel only which still seems ill-advised to me but that’s how it is Omega vs Guevara and the Hardy/Jericho confrontation seem like they could be good but Cody has the greatest test of his AEW career as he tries to drag something decent out of Jimmy Havoc.

So based on Matt Hardy's videos, Being the Elite, and Evil Uno's twitter, this looks like the week we get the Exalted One showing up.

Sounds like (as a lot of people expected) they are going to do The Elite vs. The Inner Circle when AEW does their version of War Games on March 25. Makes sense when you consider that these are the top two factions in AEW, although really neither group really has any major issues with the other right now that would (for storyline purproses) necessitate a grudge match of this magnitude. I would have thought it would be better to have The Inner Circle vs. Moxley, Darby, Dustin and some Tag Team. You couldn't really come up with a team to go against The Elite, since their biggest story right now is against each other. But I can see why they wouldn't run this match withou…

The teases for the Exalted One are kicking into overdrive. I guess there's spoilers for this but The Young Bucks showed up in Matt Hardy's Free The Delete and Luke Harper is hinting at him coming in tonight Do we also see Archer debut and go after Moxley tonight? Everything still feels super exciting.

Is Super Dragon involved with AEW ? Since he helped the Bucks earlier in their career , I thought he might be working as an agent.

Woo hoo, I get to watch wrestling again for the first time since the Rumble! Really pumped to watch this with my usual AEW ppv crew. Should be a great show based on how solid the tv has been lately, of which I've only seen GIF's here and there, but you guys have been praising Dynamite highly and I of course value the opinions of those posting on this great site. Now I just need to get the wi fi situation figured out on the farm so I can finally resume Power. Also, AEW needs a streaming option for Dynamite that can be viewed in Canada asap. I hate this fucking country and its stupid TV regulations sometimes...

This Iron Man match has been pretty solid so far. Another great start to a show.

As goodhelmet often, and correctly, points out: A big problem with AEW is that there is generally no sense of urgency to make us feel like we need to watch their shows right away. I guess the main reason I want to try and keep up is just to engage in discussion here... but I have honestly just caught up on the last couple of weeks of AEW content. It was good stuff! Can they extend their streak to three really good shows in a row?

The cruise ship setup looks neat but you lose some noise in the open air space. Announcers sound like they are having a blast.

Pretty good card on paper, plus a Memphis tribute. If the tribute makes TV you have to assume some wild angle takes place to pay homage

AEW has put the first match between Cody and Darby Allin from Fyter Fest on YouTube for free. That match was pretty much my first exposure to Darby Allin, and I am guessing I am not alone in that. Upon first seeing him, I assumed Allin was a typical underweight indie geek but the longer that match went, the more I bought into him. By the end, I was becoming a fan and wanted to see more of him. I thought his confrontation with Jericho and his match with Moxley on Dynamite a while back were outstanding as well. I think Darby Allin has the mythical "it factor."
