  1. You just know a match is gonna be good when it starts with Kobashi getting his plancha attempt to the outside countered into a nasty powerslam by Dr Death lol. Williams works his back over more by slamming him into the ring post, as well as slapping on a few working holds on top. Kikuchi tries to help out but Doc's more annoyed than actually threatened by the poor guy. Ace tries to continue the trend with some corner shots but Kobashi counters his second one into a big backdrop, which was a well timed spot and quite unexpected. This gives enough room for his partner to take charge, but eventually Kikuchi goes back to his natural role as the whipping boy of the Super Gen. …

  2. Great little 6 man with lots of hatred going on here. Asako and Ogawa had some sort of feud going on and the match begins in a chaotic fashion with Team Misawa even triple teaming their opponents. Kawada ends up getting shafted by Akiyama and eats a super nasty exploder, but Akiyama is quickly isolated and made to pay dearly. Tons of nasty shots in that section, and Kawada does this awesome heel spot where he steps on Akiyama's head as he reenters the ring, such a simple but effective dick move. 5. Well-worked match, mechanically sound, but the crowd is disengaged during the shoot-style portions and there's clearly a person in the front row full-on asleep. I'm sensing a trend with this Tokyo Dome crowd. **1/2

  7. This is for Las Cacchoras Orientales' JWP Tag Team Championship. It's rare for me to not have a complaint about the pacing of any given Joshi match, but I have none here. There's forward momentum from beginning to end with little to no filler, and the finishing run felt earned without being mired in excess. LCO's bully bitch routine being thrown back into their faces by an even badder bitch in Mayumi Ozaki was brilliantly executed. ****
