Kevin Sullivan & Cactus Jack defend the WCW World Tag Team Titles There are parts I enjoyed about this, but it's clear as day that they were using this match to cool off the crowd before the Flair/Hogan match. Perhaps they cooled them off too much, as they start doing the Mexican wave to amuse themselves when this 20 minute match becomes too much for them. Anyways, I dug the sequence where Cactus protects Sullivan from getting whipped into the corner by using his own flabby frame to stop Sullivan from damaging himself. The heel tried to use this exact manoeuvre seconds later, only this time it doesn't work out for them. Paul Roma throws a good looking punch and i…

After the TV title match, Gene Okerlund delivers a fawning intro for Antonio Inoki, as we get a mini-Slamboree-type presentation for no particular reason other than to set up a farcically contrived angle for the match with Regal at the Clash. WWF Intercontinental Champion Diesel vs Lex Luger - WWF RAW 7/18/94 Is Kevin Nash good at wrestling? I remember reading a tweet from Eric of Segunda Caida many years ago basically stating Kevin Nash was good at wrestling. I was dumbfounded. I love Big Sexy, dont get me wrong, but I love him the same way I love Sid. He is just a cool big muthafucka. I never really considered him good at wrestling. I was really open-minded to this idea, but had no desire to watch US Wrestling from the 90s. This match opened my eyes. That cool, big muthafucka was pretty damn good in this match. Easily, Lex Luger's best match in the WWF, I will be surprised if there is any better. I thou…
