  1. Started by jeffersonlake,

Hello everyone, I hope you don't mind my posting this here (and if there are any issues with that, please delete my post). I'm the WWE Editor at Sky Sports in the UK and we've recently launched a podcast to complement what we do in our other online output. This week we had Bayley on as a guest and previously we've interviewed Triple H, Ronda Rousey and some other more 'from the past' type names. You can find it in iTunes here - https://itunes.apple.com/gb/podcast/sky-sports-lock-up/id1355711985?mt=2. I welcome all feedback! And, as I say, if I've broken any rules by posting this, please take the appropriate action. Thanks.

Then it's back to the bizarre mind of Matt Hardy, funneled through WWE this time as he fi…

  5. Did anyone else catch the first episode? I enjoyed it as a quick shot and Mooney is very humble and almost unknowingly a true staple of this WWF time period. Duggan has a hard time not talking over him in the first episode but things do get calmed down. Duggan has a comment about "hats and sleeves at this level" that had me busting up. Lots of upside with these two if the show doesn't get over produced in my opinion. Worth an hour of your time to check out.

I started tracking my MOTYCs and writing reviews for them on my blog. The rule of thumb is it if the match gets ***3/4 or above it gets a review and a spot on THE LIST. Been keeping more engaged with the wrestling and enjoying the wrestling more. https://spandexarestillcool.wordpress.com/2018-motyc-radar-list/

Put simply, I wrote 365+ articles (700-1000 words outside of the odd exception) that aimed to review and discuss a match a year throughout history. This is the sum total of my work. £4.99 in UK money, on Kindle Unlimited for those who own it. For the sake of economy, I'll just post the weekly shows in this thread rather than punish with a new thread every week. Burning Spirits #3 tackles All Japan Pro Wrestling. Hogan is my favorite one we've done - we really dig into the way we responded to those characters as kids and now. Episodes are here: http://theatlantictransmission.com/podcast/the-best-there-ever-was-2/ (And also iTunes, Google Play, iHeartRadio, Stitcher, etc.)

  24. Saturday Night Flashbacks #2 Welcome back to Saturday Night Flashbacks! This week we continue the journey into the WWE Network archives and visit the first Saturday Night episode in the journey from Labor Day weekend 1992. WCW Saturday Night – September 5, 1992: This show was actually taped prior to the Clash and is airing a few days later. This episode is very short only running about 39 minutes. During the baseball season, Atlanta Braves games sometimes caused a shorter episode of the show. The Braves did play on this evening, but in addition, it appears some of the highlights from the NWA Tournament in Japan that were discussed on the Clash have been e…
