I've started a bi-weekly podcast called "Wrestling with a Generation Gap". I've taken two younger friends who are lifelong wrestling fans but who have never seen ANY non WWF pre 1996 footage and every week we watch a one hour sampler of a territory. Starting with episode 3 the show is longer as we added them showing me newer wrestling matches. First episode covers 1979 Knoxville and the second dives into San Francisco territory. Jimmy Rave, in my opinion, is one of the most under appreciated wrestlers. His run in ROH from 2004 to 2007 brought some great memories and solidified himself as a great heel. He never got a ROH World Championship run and drug addiction took him out of the spotlight. Recently, he's been making a name for himself again. On the second episode of Jerry Lawler's Dinner With The King podcast, Lawler spoke about owning the video tape library for Memphis. "Yes, I do own [the library]," Lawler said. "There's just some controversy about USWA footage, which would have been from '88 to '96. But all the other, from '77 to '88 and from '96 on, yeah, I own that footage." Regarding the possibility of the footage finding a new home via the WWE Network, Lawler simply replied, "Yes, absolutely. Without a doubt."
