  7. I'm a bit old school in the sense that as much as I like some of the news and opinion based wrestling sites out there today I still love the feeling of leafing through a wrestling magazine. There are a few good wrestling magazines still chugging along and they are all worth your time. I happen to write for one of them, The Tag Rope. It really is a magazine worth checking out. Oli Sandler provides high quality photography, while Pedro Carvalho provides the best wrestling related art going as companion pieces for some of the articles. Pedro always provides a piece for my articles and with no shame I can say that without his art my articles wouldn't be anywhere near as good …

  8. Plugging this one again because it's been a while since I last plugged it anyways. I'm one of a bevy of writers/reviewers for Free Pro Wrestling. It's run by TJ Hawke, and the basic premise is that we offer reviews of matches that are offered for free by the promotions themselves on websites such as YouTube and Daily Motion. I have a lot of fun writing for this site, and without any bias I can say that if nothing else the website is a tremendous resource for free, legal wrestling available online. A few posters on these forums such as Case Lowe, Dylan Waco, and Tanner also write for the site. If you're looking for interesting writing about some free wrestling then by all …

  9. Figured it was about time I made another topic for my main blog, Blue Thunder Drive. I've been writing about great wrestling for a year now. I say great because one of the goals with this blog is to keep things positive, hence why I only write about the great matches. Basically if I watch something and I think it's a MOTYC, think ****+, it gets a write-up on the blog. I've written about a lot of stuff from a lot of different promotions, ranging from the sleaziest of small indies to WWE itself. I also have some ongoing projects where I pick out great matches from said projects. Couple of those projects would be WWE Nertwork PPVs, NXT from the beginning, and PWG from the be…

  13. The June 2015 Cross Arm Breaker Match Guide is out today. In addition to the usual full length and “quick” reviews of matches from the past month, this month we also break down which wrestlers are having the best year by region (US/Canada, Mexico, Japan, Europe). 85 wrestlers in all are discussed/evaluated individually. In terms of variety and overall content, this is one of my favorite issues we have done far. Download the June issue for free here: http://www.crossarmbreaker.com/2015-match-guides/june-2015-match-guide/ In addition, to make it a little bit easier for anyone wishing to catch up you can download the first six issues for free in either PDF or e-…

Taking your suggestions, we discuss shows such as King Of The Ring 95, WrestleManias 9 and 11, BattleBowl 93, ECW December To Dismember, many In Your House events, many TNA shows, many Great American Bashes, WCW New Blood Rising, No Mercy in the UK, nWo Souled Out, Battleground 2013, Heroes of Wrestling and many more questionable shows, as we debate their merits (or lack thereof) and get to the bottom of what makes a big event truly worthless. 21. Started by Loss,

I have quite a few shows lined up with guests already, but I wanted to extend an open invite to anyone who is able to discuss wrestling from all around the world (not just in one country or company) for any month in the 1990s. I'll be doing an episode on each month of the decade as part of a new series. If you're interested, please PM me at least 3-5 months (Example: January 1990, June 1991, etc) that interest you the most and I'll try to work you in as a guest for as many shows as possible. If there are things you haven't seen in the month in question, but you're willing to close any footage gaps you may have in advance and would still like to be a guest, that's …
