  3. Started by cm funk,

Curious if anybody bothered to archive those interviews or has any of them saved? Cubetta was an acquired taste and got way too much into trolling, bragging and trying to start feuds with "the sheets" and "the message boards", but there was hours and hours of great stuff there. I miss that content and should have saved everything from there while I had the chance. I was almost done with the St. Louis booking sheet series when he pulled everything. I loved the Buck Robley stuff, and all the various Los Angeles stuff. The Rick Martel booking sheets were fun. I "fast blasted" (heh) him a while back asking if he'd think about selling a burned copy of the archi…

  13. Started by TheTagRope,

Hey all, Some of you may know that for the last three months I've been setting up my own professional wrestling magazine based in the United Kingdom, the Tag Rope. Production has finally come to a close and I'm happy to announce that Issue #2 is now officially ready for pre-order. I've received contributions from the board's own Bill Thompson for this issue, where he talks in depth about the evolution of crowds over the years, as well as managing to secure an interview with "The King of Old School" Steve Corino. In addition, there's also an article celebrating the 20th anniversary of the 1994 Super J Cup and the lost art of the wrestling tournament. I recentl…

  16. Started by David,

Later this week, I'm planning on starting a new feature on WrestlingObserver.com. In it, I'm going to go through the mailbag portions of Observer Radio and transcribe the questions. My hope is that it will lead to fewer repeat questions (since people can check if it has already been asked) and make research for stuff like that much easier. Before I send it to the site, I would like to get your thoughts about it: - Should I transcribe the entire response, or should I edit out unnecessary stuff (like whenever Dave says "you know")? - Should I include questions about MMA? - Should I include questions that are clearly outdated? Any other suggestions are gr…
