This was quite something - the presentation was very interesting w/ them having a special lightning for the match & then there's a guy playing an instrument throughout the whole thing. Gotta say I have never seen anything like this in terms of presentation. The actual match was a banger, just Kana & Meiko beating the crap out of each other w/ brutal submissions & stiff strikes - loved the selling of both women too. Great match. ****

This is a match I can point to that backs up what I've said before that making intergender matches a lot more common is the best way for women to gain respect in wrestling as this is a match that works primarily for how it toys around with common perceptions of the boundaries set on women in wrestling. Started off with some pretty good work on the mat, but once Tajiri started unleashing those deadly kicks of his & started targeting 'Buck's arm, things got really good. Tajiri was truly awesome working the heat on StarBuck, and StarBuck's comebacks were solid. A very good match for sure. ***1/2
