I can't remember the last Takeover with this little buzz. Maybe it's the lack of a main roster PPV to piggyback off of. Maybe the plight of the most recent call-ups has made people wary of getting too invested in NXT. Or maybe WWE has been so godawful this year that everything associated with the company has been tainted. Probably a combination of the three. Anyway, the top two matches are Johnny Gargano vs. Adam Cole for the NXT Championship and Shayna Baszler vs. Io Shirai for the NXT Women's Championship. I can't imagine anyone being interested in seeing Cole face Gargano again after they spent nearly 40 minutes kicking out of every move ever invented in New York. What…

WWE is in London for the Money in the Bank go-home shows. This should tell you everything you need to know: Spoiler Baron Corbin beat Ricochet clean. But who cares about any of the geeks on Raw and Smackdown when the legendary Bret Hart/Tom Magee match is finally set to see the light of day? I have no idea what's going on in Brazil right now, but Arizona recently legalized nunchucks, so there's your topical item for this week.

Not sure if I will watch the entire thing. Last year's Mania pretty much killed my desire to watch main roster WWE for the rest of 2018, and I haven't really watched a ton in 2019 either. Will probably dip in and out between watching some old stuff with Shrike02. Main event and Bryan vs Kofi are my only must see matches, but following along with the PWO crew is also a fun way to get through the slog, so who knows, I may get sucked in like previous death march Mainia's. But I'm an old man, so please some of the new blood or those much more positive about the product hype this show up

So this has been talked about for awhile, at first with ESPN as part of their 30 For 30 series, but switched over to HBO when Bill Simmons left. HBO Sports have made some amazing documentaries over the years, and I'm really looking forward to seeing how they do this, their first full-length doc on professional wrestling. Andre was given the A&E Biography treatment in the late 90's, and while it gave some glimpse into the man inside, I expect (especially given the crazy amount of access given to Simmons and the director by WWE and research gone into it) this to go much deeper. Deeper perhaps on a personal level, but I also expect this to do what the Flair doc did t…

I think that this could be a fun little thread about what you might think could happen right after WrestleMania. Mine are: Un-disputed Era gets called up Velveteen Dream will be called up Ricochet & Aleister Black will be RAW Tag champs

https://www.f4wonline.com/wwe-news/wwe-ae-co-producing-five-biography-documentaries-280846 I didn't know A&E still did these. Seems like a reaction to the Viceland documentaries that are premiering soon. From the article, Billy Corben will be directing the Savage episode. He's pretty notable (he did the "Cocaine Cowboys" docs), so hopefully that one at least won't be the WWE-whitewashed version of history.

34 episodes from 1992 went up today, starting from April which happened to be the very month I got into wrestling. Watching this stuff will be quite the nostalgia trip.

Folks were debating about this subject in quite a few threads, so I decided to make one, as it was suggested by other users. What do you think about his push, matches, his current role in the WWE and what to they have in store for him????
