Watched night 1 and loved it. Tourney was well-booked, and top to bottom it was a great show. Watching night 2 in a couple hours. Should be a blast

So the long awaited UK project is going to be under the NXT umbrella with their own mens/womens/tag titles. Johnny Saint will be the on screen GM.

Kind of quaint seeing WWE pulling some old school fuckery on a rival. ROH was kind of flying to close to the sun thinking they could get away with running a show there during WM weekend without reprisal, but if WWE is not going to run anything but house shows at MSG due to cost I don't see how they can defend keeping other companies out if they are willing to pay.

Everyone rightfully points out the problems with scripted promos in WWE but their repetitive nature is another one. Especially for heels. Alexa is a big one here. There are outliers like Joe and Miz who can adapt to different angles and situations but most promos in WWE have repeated phrases and similar cadences. They all blend together after awhile also has promo ability meant less than at any time in WWE history? Seth is arguably the most over face on Raw and AJ and Nak are dominating the main event scene on SD. AJ is the best talker of the three but obviously is not considered elite. sek mentions this in the Meltzer thread but for those who don't read that thread, the news has come out today (via the Observer) that the possible reason for the earlier than expected split of Enzo and Cass is because Enzo did something unspecified that has earned him so much heat, he was kicked off the WWE bus and is no longer allowed to dress in the dressing room with the other wrestlers. I know I've been involved in discussions about Booker T, Coach, Mauro, Cole, Graves, etc., but I can't find them now. My guess is they're spread over multiple threads.
