So having looked through all my new discs & everything I had previously there looks to be some really incredible stuff missing in 1987 with The Nightmares. I flipped through the Pro Wrestling This Week from 1987 (Joe Pedicino highlight show) that I have and there looks to be a very long feud between babyface Nightmares and heel Robert Fuller & Jimmy Golden including Fuller/Golden attack Ken Wayne's brother & father. The Nightmares end up splitting and have an AMAZING 30 second video of Ken Wayne saying goodbye to Danny Davis that I need to put on youtube. Then some interesting looking stuff with Wendell Cooley turning on Danny Davis when Davis looks for a new partner. I also found that footage of Doug Furnas ripping off the door of the cage that someone was asking about here a long time ago, although I don't think it was in this thread. Will try and put that on youtube as well once I get that stuff edited out. Anyone that knows where I can find some more 1987 full episodes please let me know!

I am really enjoying to Heyman DVD so far but one thing I wish I could do a fact check on is his comments about it being his idea to put Steve Austin in the Dangerous Alliance because he thought Austin should be groomed as a main event guy. It just feels like Paul trying to set himself up to take credit for Austin. I also had no idea they ran an angle where he breaks his phone over Jason Hervey's head.

I think the most obvious answer, and it's been their thing with him all along: They like him but have no idea what to do with him.

I have decided that no has figured out the real reason that the internet killed wrestling. It's none of the usual reasons, it's because a pro wrestling event used to be the only place you could go to rant, rave, cuss, scream and act like a lunatic in front of everyone and have it be generally accepted. Now you don't have to leave home.

So apparently I was wrong about Jerry Stubbs wearing a mask. Listened to a shoot interview from him and he says when he started out doing jobs on Atlanta TV he was still doing his day job as a policeman and he was tired of having people give him crap about getting beat on TV so he started wearing the mask.

In what way is that supposed to be determined?
