I was thinking more along the lines of Heidenreich and Masters.

I think you could find an agreeable point where a wrestler is only making so many appearances a year and consider them retired.

What's he going to talk about without Albert and Mark Henry around?

How about Harley Race and Nick Bockwinkel? Steve Williams and Terry Gordy? Mad Dog and Butcher Vachon?

The Midnights and Rock N Rolls do a lot of indy stuff.

The Rock was the main man during that year. HHH since 2002 was consistenly not drawn any money whatsoever. Sting has a better argument for being in than HHH does. And Kurt Angle being in is worse than HHH. There's no way to justify Angle on any level. He's never drawn, he's only worked one style and he's never been the best worker on the roster.

Ultimate Fighter 2
You knew that guy was fucked when he said "no man, it was my good one" when referring to what knee he injured.

Ultimate Fighter 2
I just wanted to add. I think Meltz is way off in that regard. It's the start of a new show that has no developed characters yet. Who else are they going to use than Dana White right off the bat? They need a familiar face until the contestants can establish themselves.

Ultimate Fighter 2
Yeah, but it was the first show. If he's going to be all over shows it's going to be the first one and the last one. I'll hold off on critizing him until they split off into teams.

Ultimate Fighter 2
Pretty lame start as one guy's hurt already and two quit. One couldn't handle the camera and the other gave up at the very end of trying to drop 20 lbs. for a fight. Hopefully this doesn't become a running theme for the show.

No, he hands out votes to his stooges but whatever he says has a huge effect on things. His anti-Backlund opinion was enough to keep Backlund out until recently. And most of the guys getting in are getting in on his word alone. Do you really think anyone with a vote has seen a Frank Gotch match? I'd be surprised if even half have seen someone like Don Leo Jonathan in action.

Whatever credibility it had was totally flushed last year when Kurt Angle got in.

Christian may be in the doghouse
It's because he's not a hoss and got over. Notice his burial started basically the week after he was getting insane heat on Raw.

Didya know the AWA is still around
Yeah, on another site I post at it's a pretty big joke with us that Corino has won the ECW/NWA/AWA Titles when they meant absolutely nothing.

TNA PPV lineup
Who would've thought that Abyss/Hoyt would've been one of the best matches of the night? Abyss further proves that he's the best big man in wrestling right now with another carry job.

TNA PPV lineup
Jerry Lynn, Chris Daniels and Sean Waltman are all packing over a decade of experience as well. Sabu, Billy Gunn, Konnan, BG James and Shocker also have quite impressive resumes as far as experience. Then you figure in their backstage agents are Shane Douglas, Terry Taylor, Zybsko and D'More.

The lucha is making my head hurt
One of my favorites was when Val Venus came down to CMLL for a few matches and did his "Hello Ladies" promo in Spanish.

WWE SummerSlam
This PPV looks like shit on paper. With having UFC and TNA putting out superior cards there's no way I'd order this. But how messed up is it that Cena hasn't had the top billing on a show in almost 3 months despite being the WWF Champion? How are they ever supposed to build new stars if guys like Hogan, Michaels and HHH will always overshadow them. This was their big chance with HHH gone and all they did was inject Michaels into his spot. I would've made the Smackdown Title match a four-way between Batista/JBL/Benoit/Christian. They need to seriously consider turning Benoit heel so he can make Batista look good in the ring like he did last year.

Cabana would've made sense and it would've been a good end to Punk's run in the company. Then he can have 3 or 4 defenses before dropping it to someone like Homicide. Anything is better than constantly putting the belt on guys that are going out the door. I'd rather have it on a guy that I know will be there in six months than a guy who I know won't be there come October. Plus it's just a played out storyline. I was against doing it with Punk because I thought he should be putting over guys that are sticking around and I think the same thing now. It's a shame because I really wanted Gibson to get the belt before he went back to WWF. But RoH has full blown WCW syndrome now. Just look at the fact that one of RoH's top homegrown stars jobbed to Matt Hardy.

The following will be spoilers if you don't want to know the results of tonight's RoH show. James Gibson won the RoH Title. So they've done exactly what they did with Punk and after booking the title well they're now passing the belt around like a $2 hooker. I'm getting sick of the RoH grown talent getting completely shafted in favor of WWF guys. Matt Hardy also beat Homicide which further pissed me off.

OVW goes EXTRRREME~!
He's always loved having the lockerroom clear out at points in shows and I think he's done similar angles in ECW. I don't think a guy's going to go legit crazy like that in a wrestling ring.

OVW goes EXTRRREME~!
That absolutely reeks of a Heyman worked shoot.

TNA PPV lineup
TNA's monthly PPVs have always tended to be good. Even the PPVs they get bashed for are better than a lot of the WWF single brand PPVs. Samoa Joe vs. AJ Styles alone makes this PPV worth the money.

The lucha is making my head hurt
It's basically a free for all with nut shots and unmaskings being about the only thing you get DQed for. A lot of the brawl type matches will see the rudos in the ring and basically taking turns triple teaming the technicos until they manage to fight their way out of the situation. Some brawls don't even settle down until the 2nd or 3rd fall.
