They clawed their way to a far better match than it deserved to be.
  2. Mad Dog replied to FMKK's topic in AEW
That means we would need Dustin vs. Pac which I would also be down for.
  3. Mad Dog replied to FMKK's topic in AEW
Nyla didn't learn her lesson from all those Roadrunner cartoons.
  4. Mad Dog replied to FMKK's topic in AEW
I would be down for them building to a Pac vs. Cody for the AEW Title at the PPV after the upcoming one.
  5. Mad Dog replied to FMKK's topic in AEW
I wouldn't imagine this going more than 10. So that gives them 20 minutes for the main plus angle.
  6. Mad Dog replied to FMKK's topic in AEW
Baker or Shida would be my pick to build around.

I like that women's title belt.

Nyla is super green. She has some cool moves but I think she largely seems out of her depth so far. I think she needs another year or two to figure out that mean mugging isn't a personality but a lot of indy wrestlers make that mistake.

It's really refreshing to have commentary treat it like a legit sport.
  10. Mad Dog replied to FMKK's topic in AEW
The pacing is really nice. Everything feels super snappy and not just there to fill space like Raw and Smackdown do.

Pentagon in a suit and sneakers is scandalous.

Jay looks like an old lady.

The side by side commercials is a great idea.
  17. Mad Dog replied to FMKK's topic in AEW
That opening video did more to make me care about Sammy Guevara than anything WWE has done in years.
  18. Mad Dog replied to FMKK's topic in AEW
Nice opener to the show. Cody keeps on delivering.
  19. Mad Dog replied to FMKK's topic in AEW
I think they should and I am worried that they won't. Cody has just caught fire and sometimes you need to strike when someone gets hot.

I wouldn't have believed it 6 months ago. He's worked his way into being the ace of AEW and I'm not sure even he saw that coming.
