This is probably my third most looked forward to match this weekend.

They are going to fuck Dream so hard on the main roster and I'm going to be sad.

I'm tired of the match to be honest. They're never going to top the first match and I only care about this match for the potential of Gargano finally being crowned.

They have that way of jobbing you so the fans know they are never going any higher. It always kills their heat.

They should turn Woken Matt into a manager and have him assemble a stable of freaks.

This show seems lazy by even their already bad standards. I'm looking forward to Joe/Styles and nothing else. Main Event, Lesnar is going to retain or Roman wins and KO cashes in on him and wins the belt is what I think will happen.

It's a great time to be a fan of wrestling unless you are a fan of WWE or RoH. Those promotions are dumpster fires to watch on a weekly basis. But there's thankfully a lot of other alternative options out there that are cheap and easy to follow.

I'm in a position of managing people at work and I often defend younger employees on the young and dumb thing. Personally, I think you don't start figuring things out until around 30. It's been shown through studies that people under the age of 25 have very poor risk assessment abilities so I think giving people a few more years to really figure life out is fair. This isn't specific to Orton because I think he was an asshole. Just that I have a hard time with the idea of holding someone who is 38 accountable for something they did at 26 if it's not a criminal matter.

I think that has a lot to do with it. The more I've stepped back and thought about it. I would really hate for someone to judge the 37 year old me based on what the 25 year old me did. I think it's really fucked up in a lot of situations to act like someone doesn't change over a long period of time especially with what we know about the psychology of people under the age of 25. I still don't care if he gets fired because he's done more than enough to justify it over his career there though. I still remember Rhino got fired for breaking a plant in a hotel during an argument with his wife around the same time Orton trashed a hotel room.

I think with the men, there also isn't as big a gulf in talent levels. So yeah, you might hit the ceiling because you have the wrong look but the guy picked over you is probably still of a similar talent level. That wasn't always true but there seems to be a minimum ability level now. But with the women, there is a world of difference between Asuka and Carmella. Asuka is an elite level talent and Carmella you can argue shouldn't even be wrestling. So it's much more visible. It's also getting called out more because of all the back patting that has been going on the last couple of years.

I pay legal invoices at my job. They add up really quick.

It feels like we are back to Divas level booking. Alexa and Carmella are essentially the same character. I think they have some great workers on the roster but they don't know how to book anyone that isn't a catty bitch.
