The reason I suspected that was because of the previously unreleased Flair vs Morton cage match and War Games match from '88 that were released on the Horsemen DVD. It gave me hope. Oh well.

If I remember correctly, WWE doesn't even have alternate feed footage of the fall, because I think there was a request for it in the Martha Hart lawsuit.
