PWG just announced Timothy Thatcher for Battle of Los Angeles! Very excited to see how he does in that environment.

Is it just me, or are they absolutely wasting Silas Young since his return from injury so far?

PWG also announced Jack Evans and Angelico as well as Akira Tozawa appearing at Threemendous IV on July 24th

Attended IWC Super Indy tonight. 3 strong matches on the show. Cedric Alexander vs Sugar Dunkerton Trevor Lee vs Andrew Everett Cedric Alexander vs Raymond Rowe Probably wouldn't be everyone's cup of tea, but if you like any of those guys, worth checking out when it is available. Can't say a whole lot for the rest of the show.

I currently work for two promotions. I ring announce for a promotion in West Virginia, and I do commentary for a promotion in Pennsylvania. I used to ring announce for two other WV promotions, but one of them doesn't run anymore, and the other one is run by a piece of shit! I have a bunch of stories I could tell, but I think the best night was when our show was delayed so I sat and talked with Shane Douglas for about two hours about a variety of topics, and then a bored Ricky Morton came over and started telling 80's rat stories to the point where Shane was going "God Damn Ricky." I don't think I've ever laughed so hard.

So on NXT tonight we had Bull Dempsey lose to Tyler Breeze because he was too blown up from chasing him around the ring to fight back, and then later a backstage segment with William Regal where he ate a bag of Dorito's while Regal was talking, then Regal told him he had a problem and took his Dorito's, so Bull pulled a Hershey bar out of his tights and started eating it. Seems to me like either Vince or Kevin Dunn must have some hand in writing NXT now........

Jumped into the Premier stream just in time to see the Thatcher match end. No sound on the show either. Hopefully they stick the whole thing up for viewing once it is over. Definitely want to catch the Thatcher match, and will probably give the rest a look as well.

The ECW Arena has to be Baltic Ave.

The more I think about it, it is Robert Rodriguez's wrestling promotion, and he did do a movie about vampires in an Aztec temple.

I am traveling in to spend the weekend with a buddy and go to the show. We'll be sitting front row!

I can't shake the Ambrose is going over feeling. Last night of a free month of the Network. Ambrose wins, everyone is shocked, buy the network to see the rematch at Money in the Bank (Rollins gets it back) Plus then, Reigns is the only Shield guy who hasn't had the belt, he wins Money in the Bank.....story writes itself.... Which is why it probably doesn't happen.

So, for the people who have seen the ending to this weeks episode..... How in the world do they possibly pay this off?

Chikara has now announced AJ Styles and The Young Bucks as well as Fenix, Drago, and Aerostar for King of Trios this year. That's one hell of a start!

The Mack is Willie Mack of PWG and California indy fame. He was also briefly signed to NXT before being released for reasons that no one seems to know.

Any idea why they are calling him King Corino now? Seems odd.

I'll third the love for Battle Royals. Picked up a 5 disc comp of WWE battle royals a year or so ago and loved every second of it!!

Interesting note is that Shane is with you 100% on this. I have ring announced a bunch of shows with him and we have talked a lot, and at one point I inquired about whether or not the laundry list of injuries they attributed to him in this match was a work or not. He assured me that they were 100% real, and that between the sheer amount of pain he was in, and the fact that Snow was so ridiculously over with the crowd, he begged Paul to put the title on Snow, but Paul apparently knew that WWE was planning to take him back sooner than later, so he wouldn't make the switch.

If it's the one where Juvi hosts that interview segment coked out of his fucking mind, that is worth having just for that.

I like Bruiser Brody I was a huge Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake fan when I was a kid I think Arn Anderson and Barry Windham are both far superior to Ric Flair I find Japanese wrestling mostly uninteresting (although I will admit the language barrier taking me out of the story may be the issue for me) I eagerly anticipate new DVD releases from PWG, because I think they are currently the best company on the planet.

I am so fucking tired of the constant need to say a person's nickname before saying their name in current WWE. "The Lunatic Fringe" Dean Ambrose. "The Architect" Seth Rollins. "The Devils Favorite Demon" Kane. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Almost all of the nicknames suck, it's so repetitive, but I guess it all goes back to the buzz words and social media and shitty announcer problems that are making the show unwatchable.

I know there was a "Please Retire" chant when Show was in the ring, and "Same Old Shit" right before the wave started. Fairly certain I heard Daniel Bryan, CM Punk, and Ole Ole Ole as well.
