Speaking of NXT, so we had Stephanie Vaquer win both women's titles, then they said she was going to defend them both, then last week she did defend them both, then this week they decided she needed to vacate the North American title. I understand they needed to get the belt off of Giulia because she is hurt. I understand Stephanie was the best choice. But for fucks sake, this company has to overcomplicate everything. If they were going to vacate, why not do it immediately? Why not have her lose in a valiant effort last week when she'd already wrestled once? Because of course we have to build a multi-person ladder match instead of doing the sensible thing! Also, am I the only one confused by Zaria? She's not good in the ring, doesn't talk well, and her My Little Pony Beyond Thunderdome gimmick isn't all that intimidating. Maybe I'm just old.

Lashley has a million dollar body, moves well for a guy his size, works fairly well for a guy his size, but..... has all the charisma of a coconut. Also this "We Hurt People" repeated over and over is one of the dumbest sounding chants of all time. Lastly, fuck MVP for that verbal exchange with Big Bill. The minute Bill turns and destroys Jericho, AEW has a huge (literally) babyface on their hands. This dude has improved his body, his work, has a great real life redemption story to tell. They should be protecting his ass at all costs.

At least it got Moxley to sell something. I am so sick of his lumbering around like Frankenstein, slightly flinching at things, whatever this angle is supposed to be bullshit at this point.

So Thunder Rosa got a promo about Bayne, got jumped backstage by Bayne, got another promo about Bayne, got a lengthy match with Bayne, took Bayne's finisher on the ramp (half assed it as well) and crawled back into the ring.... Then, Finally... after taking her finish again! Rosa put Bayne over. Toni Storm, you know, the world champion, came in and ate the finish once, and had to be carried out. I seriously wish I knew what the fuck AEW saw in Thunder Rosa and Kris Statlander.

The Death Riders just don't need to be a thing anymore. You are absolutely correct about Moxley, you pull him off TV for a while and when he comes back, all will be forgiven. I think the same thing will hold true for Claudio. He comes back, hits a Giant Swing and all will be forgiven. Yuta can stay on TV and just be an angry young man, I think he is the only one that benefits from this whole thing. PAC as you said can just continue his gimmick as is, and I agree that they should just run with him in high profile matches against a bunch of good people. Shafir really is the only person who gets the short end of the stick as this was the first thing that was actually working for her.

Speedball/Mortos was awesome. I love Hechicero and I love OC, but that match was a let down. Really looking forward to Mercedes/Billie, and if it is leading to Mercedes/Athena, consider that PPV purchased. and good god I hope that Swerve beats Mox and we put this Death Riders thing to bed, but since TK loves keeping things going well past there expiration dates (see anything Jericho related) I have a bad feeling that it's going until at least All In Texas, if not longer.

Well that tag title match killed the streak, but Storm and May picked it back up. This show has been fantastic.

3 for 3 on matches with nasty looking bumps. Afraid to see what Ospreay does in a cage if they are attempting to one up each other on trying to kill themselves.

That tombstone and that Angel's Wings in the opening match both looked absolutely horrific.

Been going back and watching some matches from the old PPVs on Max, and good lord Jim Ross should have been fired so early into AEW's run it isn't even funny. He is constantly shitting on the product. Bitching about how long tag partners are in the ring, how long people are on the floor. Subtly mocking Excalibur's calls. Taking little jabs at the workers. His complete disdain and lack of enthusiasm for what he is calling is so noticeable and gets worse with evey show. It's ridiculous. Even if you aren't a fan of the product, and agree with what he was saying. The guy was being paid a shit ton of money to do a job and put over the product. In that he certainly failed Bad on TK for not pulling him way earlier than he did, but bad on JR for being a moody shithead. Then again, we did have a giant thread about him being a grouchy, miserable human being on this forum so I shouldn't be shocked.

Bloodless barbed wire.... LOL and the ring announcer lady using her deep and slow "bad stuf happened" voice to announce the winner... This company is ridiculous

I have read none of this thread yet, and I am currently half way through the KO/Sami match. Here are my current take aways from Elimination Chamber. - Fans grabbing their heads and making over the top reaction faces in hopes of getting on camera is distracting and annoying. - The referee checking on wrestlers after every fucking move continues to be my biggest complaint about modern wrestling. Leave them alone and let them sell. Soooo distracting from what is happening. I should not notice the ref unless they are counting or threatening a DQ or something. - I swear to god if two guys were stabbing each other with swords the crowd would still be chanting "We Want Tables." How has this not lost it's novelty in 27 years. It's wood breaking in half. In an effort to say something that isn't me bitching.... Liv Morgan is the hardest working woman in the company. She was killing herself out there, and that hair whip was disgusting. So kudos to her. Okay, now back to this match where they keep hitting each other in the face with stuff, yet no one bleeds.....

It is is on Max. It's just not listed in the AEW section for whatever reason. Go to Sports, then under a category called "Watch Full Replays" I found it listed as AEW Dynamite - Feb. 15 Replay

I honestly think Mariah cheating to retain, and Harley upsetting Mercedes (even if the reign is short) might be the better way to go. I love Mariah as the uber-bitch heel champ, and don't think her reign should end quite yet.

Alba is a better worker, Dawn has a better look. Probably call it a draw when it comes to promo skills. Just kinda surprised they let one go and not the other. Also, Elektra Lopez was apparently cut too.

Interesting that they've released Isla Dawn without releasing Alba Fyre.

Harley Cameron finally got her first win on Collision last night, and man they managed to make it feel like it wasn't a big deal. The fans were going nuts, and she jumped out of the ring to celebrate with them... and they immediately cut to Deonna Purrazzo reacting. Then they cut to Taya reacting in the ring. By the time they got back to Harley she was in the aisle. Then she got about ten seconds to celebrate before we cut to an interview with Ricochet. They've actually been building this, and she is apparently gonna wrestle Mercedes, why would you not put this over?

Dear WWE, We will forgive you Charlotte winning the Women's Rumble if we can please keep the Winged Eagle title and get rid of that 3d printed, hubcap looking fucking giant logo that you call the WWE Championship these days. -Everyone

For a split second, I thought Charlotte was going to dump Nia and then Roxanne was going to sneak up and dump Charlotte, and it was going to be a fantastic ending to a really good match. Then I was reminded what company this is......

That's fucking beautiful. and how awesome would it have been to have that at your school? I always hated having to feel somewhat ashamed of what my favorite past time was because people thought it was fake, or below them somehow. So you just felt like you had to hide it, or only share it with your other wrestling friends. At least back in the late 80's/early 90's when I was in school. (and please don't think that comment is me trying to make it about me. I know I grew up a somewhat privileged white boy, and don't have a clue about the struggle of those kids. I was just simply saying it would have been cool to have a wrestling club!)

The fact that Private Party is getting booed, and Hurt Syndicate is getting massively cheered is exactly the problem with Hurt Syndicate in AEW

To further discuss the ICP wrestling show, if the commentary line "King King Bundy looks like a giant penis in a broken black condom" strikes you as hilarious, you'll love the show. Otherwise, I would probably advise you to stay away.

That MJF/Jarrett segment was painful. There was zero need to try and make Alicia Atout look like a whore. Then the Owen stuff. Just a bunch of cheap heat on top of cheat heat that went on WAY too fucking long. Then after that bullshit, you have the women's gauntlet match end up getting less than 15 minutes. I am usually not an AEW hater, but between those two things, the Hurt Syndicate which I've already commented on, Omega looking rusty as hell, and my continued indifference to Hook, last nights episode was rough.
