  2. Agreed with Edger, love the opening promo's. Fleming and Horowitz over Fuji! Wow!! That's a shocker right off the bat! Graham and Bravo pick up a couple of wins, as do the B's which I still think is a great take. Like the cross over with the Magnum and Rocky Johnson matches, should lead to some fun tags down the line Albano's savages have a big night all around picking up wins. Backlund/Snuka is going to get real ugly before all is said and done. Good show man!
  3. Stacked card at the Omni!! Double A sends Brad packing with some Knucks that he "found." Wonder who left those laying around outside of the ring. Lanny picks up a big win and then snap on his Dad and has to be pulled off by the ref. Aggressive Lanny is cool! Irwins retain again! The Fantastics can not catch a break. The Hacksaws fight to a Double DQ, but Parsons hitting Reed may end up being the bigger story. The tag team blood bath was probably something to see, I'm sure Rich and Buzz aren't done yet. Big schmoz in the main event, and I get the feeling before all is said and done, we are gonna see Hogan and Dibiase going at it. Good stuff man!

Looking forward to what Jimmy Hart has up his sleeve. Funk vs either Bock or Tito should be a great match as will the match to decide it. Blanchard vs Guerrero will be awesome. Nice debut for Roop. Decimation vs The Road Warriors should be a fight. Fabs vs Atlas/Ayala, will the Fabs finally win the belts? Good show man!

  7. -Broadcasting live to our local affiliates in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, and Missouri, as well as in Syndication across these great United States, the American Wrestling Association proudly presents World Class Wrestling, coming to you this week from the Irish McNeil Boys Club in Shreveport, Louisiana!- Jim Ross: Hello Everyone, and Welcome to AWA World Class Wrestling! I'm Jim Ross and joining me as always is "Cowboy" Bill Watts! We are coming off the biggest weekend in the history of this company, as we have officially crowned all of our champions. Bill Watts: That's right Jim. As you all witnessed last week, Hercules Hernandez outlasted nineteen other men to win the battle royal and claim the AWA World Class Television Title. Tonight he will put that title on the line in our main event. Jim Ross: Then over the course of two days last weekend, sixteen teams competed in a tournament to crown the AWA World Class Tag Team Champions. Let's go now to some highlights from that tournament. A montage of clips from the Tag Tournament are shown including Ron Bass pinning Bugsy McGraw, The Freebirds with their arms raised in victory, Road Warrior Hawk tearing the head off of Grizzly Boone with a Flying Clothesline, The Islanders beating up The Mongols, One Man Gang squashing Charlie Cook with the 747, The Von Erichs celebrating a victory, Black Bart hitting Tom Zenk with a stun gun, The Road Warriors and The Freebirds engaged in a wild brawl, Percy Pringle cheating to help Hercules pin one of The Islanders, Kerry Von Erich hitting Zhukov with a Discus Punch and pinning him, Bart and Bass celebrating their bye, Kerry blasting One Man Gang with a Discus Punch that sent him out of the ring, and finally Kevin catapulting himself over the top rope onto the Gang. Jim Ross: The tournament came down to the teams of Ron Bass and Black Bart and The Von Erich Brothers. The Von Erichs had things well in hand when this happened... Kevin headed for the top rope and sailed off backwards into his Turning Crossbody Block and caught Bass perfectly, but on the way down Kevin's foot clipped referee Rick Hazzard and knocked him to the canvas. Kevin has Ron Bass covered, but there is no referee to count. The boo's of the Dallas faithful turn nuclear, as The Fabulous Freebirds come running down the aisle. Michael Hayes and Buddy Roberts run around the side of the ring and yank Kerry Von Erich off the apron. They slam him face first into the ring post, and then Hayes drops him on the floor with a DDT. Gordy meanwhile slides into the ring and pulls Kevin off of Ron Bass. He kicks Kevin hard in the groin, then nails him with a huge Piledriver right in the center of the ring. Gordy quickly slides out of the ring and joins his retreating Freebird brothers as they head to the back. Jim Ross: There was no recovering for the Von Erichs after that and the team of Bart and Bass went on to become the AWA World Class Tag Team Champions. Bill Watts: This war between The Fabulous Freebirds and The Von Erichs has been raging since Christmas of 1982 and it's getting out of control. Jim Ross: Well Bill, you aren't the only one that feels that way, let's head down to ringside where Marc Lowrance is standing by. We cut to ringside where Marc Lowrance is standing with Kerry Von Erich, Kevin Von Erich, and Al Madril. Madril is dressed to wrestle, while both Kevin and Kerry are in street clothes. Marc Lowrance: Thanks Jim. Kevin, Kerry, you asked for this time because you said you needed to do something that you should have done a long time ago. Kevin Von Erich: That's right Marc. These Fabulous Freebirds have been nothing but a thorn in our sides since they showed up here in Texas. They came in acting like they were our friends, acting like they were all buddy buddy with our brother David. Michael Hayes acting like he was Kerry's best friend. Then they double crossed us, and they've just continued to get in our way and cost us matches and cost us titles, and WE'RE SICK OF IT! Kerry Von Erich: You know, they slammed that cage on my head and cost me the World Title. Now they cost me and Kevin the Tag Titles. So we've been thinking about it all week, and we've decided to do what we should have done a long time ago. On Memorial Day, when we are back in Dallas at the Reunion Arena....Fabulous Freebirds....me and Kevin challenge you to a Losers Leaves World Class Wrestling match. Marc Lowrance: Losers Leave World Class?? Kevin Von Erich: That's right Marc! If the Freebirds have the guts to accept, me, and Kerry, and our good friend Al Madril are challenging them to a 6 man tag match and the losers have to leave World Class FOREVER!! Marc Lowrance: Al Madril? Al Madril: The Von Erichs have been my friends for a long time Marc Lowrance. If they need my help to run those no good Freebirds out of World Class, then they've got it!! Madril and The Von Erichs all high five one another as Marc Lowrance continues to look shocked. -Commercial Break- Jim Ross: Huge news before the break Cowboy as The Von Erichs and Al Madril have challenged The Fabulous Freebirds to a Losers Leave Town match at the upcoming Memorial Day Star Wars event! Bill Watts: I know for a fact that the Fabulous Freebirds aren't in the building tonight, but I have to think we'll get an answer from them next week. Jim Ross: Let's head down to the ring where we will see Al Madril in action! 1 Fall, 10 Minute Time Limit -Al Madril vs Pete Doherty- Still fired up from making the challenge, Madril is all business in the ring, working over the back and midsection of Doherty with some hip tosses, bodyslams, and knees to the midsection. Madril wastes little time and clamps on an Abdominal Stretch in the center of the ring, cranks back on it, and Doherty gives it up. Winner: Al Madril Jim Ross: Madril with an impressive win tonight and he looks ready to fight the Freebirds all by himself! Bill Watts: Al looked great tonight, but if the Freebirds do accept this challenge, you have to believe there will be a war between those two teams. No one is going anywhere easily. Jim Ross: True enough Cowboy. Now, let's take a moment and talk about the other part of that tournament final, Black Bart and Ron Bass. Bill Watts: There a tough team Jim. Two rough and tumble men, but they cheated their way through the tournament, got a bye into the finals, and then won because of the Freebirds interference. I don't see how they can be the least bit proud of themselves. Jim Ross: We'll hear from them after the next match, which will see the television debut of a team that made their debut in the tournament. Bill Watts: Now this is a team I like Jim. Samu and The Tonga Kid, The Islanders. These boys hit hard, do whatever it takes to win, and worry about the rest of the crap later. Jim Ross: Well put Bill. Let's see them in action right now! 1 Fall, 15 Minute Time Limit -The Islanders (Samu/The Tonga Kid) vs Charlie Cook/Tiger Conway Jr- Conway started with Samu and after about five blistering chops and a thrust kick to the chest made the tag to Cook. Cook didn't fare any better as a double team headbutt left him reeling, and then a double thrust kick sent him to the mat. Tonga Kid scaled to the top turnbuckle and hit a flying splash from about three quarters of the way across the ring to bring the crowd to their feet and that was all she wrote. Winners: The Islanders As Charlie Cook was being helped to his feet by his partner and the referee, Tiger Conway Jr blasted him with a headbutt, then left the ring shaking his head. Jim Ross: An absolute mauling by The Islanders in there tonight! Bill Watts: I told you I liked those guys Jim! No time wasted. Get in, do what you gotta do, get out. Bart and Bass had better be on the look out for The Islanders. Jim Ross: Tiger Conway apparently taking issue with his partner getting pinned in there tonight. We'll be right back folks. -Commercial Break- We come back from commercial to Marc Lowrance standing at ringside with "Outlaw" Ron Bass and Black Bart who are both dressed in blue jeans, black vests, black cowboy hats, and the AWA World Class Tag Team Titles. Marc Lowrance: Ladies and Gentleman, I am here with the newly crowned AWA World Class Tag Team Champions Black Bart and Ron Bass. Gentleman, let me first start by asking, are you proud of the way you won those titles? Both men look at Marc Lowrance like he has lost his mind. Bart snatches the microphone out of his hands, while Bass pushes him out of the camera angle. Black Bart: PROUD'A THE WAY WE WON THE TITLES! COURSE WE'RE PROUD'A THE WAY WE WON THE TITLES! WE DONE WON 'EM DIDN'T WE!! Ron Bass: We beat Madril and McGraw..... Black Bart: MMM HMMM! Ron Bass: We beat Perez and Zenk..... Black Bart: IT WAS EASY!! Ron Bass: We beat the Road Warriors AND the Freebirds.... Black Bart: SURE ENOUGH!! Ron Bass: Then we beat them Von Erich boys, fair and square, right in the middle of the dadgum ring! Black Bart: DANG RIGHT WE DID! Ron Bass: Heck, just now that fella beat up his partner and left him laying 'cause he knew they weren't a good enough team to beat us! Black Bart: JUST HAPPENED!! Ron Bass: So all you geeks out there can think whatever you want, but Ron Bass and Black Bart done proved that we're the best tag team in the whole dang world. Black Bart: AND IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, COME TAKE 'EM FROM US!! Both men storm away from the ring as the boo's from the crowd get louder. Jim Ross: I guess that answers your question about whether or not they are proud of themselves. Bill Watts: I should have known. Jim Ross: Well Bill, we've spent a good portion of tonight talking about the World Class Tag Team Titles. Now I think maybe we should talk about the World Class Heavyweight Title. Bill Watts: Indeed Jim. Let's roll a little footage from that match. Dr. D went to the turnbuckles and sailed off with his Second Rope Elbow Drop. He landed squarely in the center of the Dog's chest and referee Jerry Usher counted One, Two, Thre...KICK OUT!! Schultz was staring at the referee in disbelief as he held up two fingers. Dr. D grabbed Jerry Usher by the shirt and threatened to hit him, but then thought better of it and turned his attention back to The Junkard Dog. Schultz grabbed two handfuls of the Dog's hair and pulled him off the canvas. He slapped JYD hard in the face and then shoved his head between his legs and motioned for the piledriver. Schultz wrapped his arms around the waist of JYD and pulled for all he was worth, but he couldn't budge the Dog. The eyes of Schultz grew huge as his feet came off the canvas, and The Junkard Dog backdropped him out of the piledriver attempt. A fired up JYD turned his attention to Schultz who was just getting up off the mat and blasted him with a right hand. The Reunion Arena crowd was going nuts as JYD blasted Dr. D with punch after punch that had him staggering. The Dog then leapt up and smashed Schultz with a huge headbutt that sent him back into the ropes. Dog grabbed him and whipped him into the opposite ropes and caught him on the way back with a huge Powerslam and came crashing down with him. Marc Lowrance: Ladies and Gentleman, the AWA World Class Heavyweight Champion, The Junkyard Dog!!! The Louisiana crowd goes absolutely insane as "Another One Bites the Dust" begins to play and JYD comes to ringside with the title strapped around his waist. Marc Lowrance: JYD, let me be the first to congratulate you on becoming the AWA World Class Heavyweight Champion! JYD: Thank Ya Marc! Before we go any further I gotta tell ya how good it feels to be here with my people in Louisiana tonight! Another explosion of cheers from the crowd! Marc Lowrance: Dog, you had a hard road to that title. The Ugandan Giant, The One Man Gang, Freebird Terry Gordy, and David Schultz all stood before you, and you overcame them all to become Champion. Tell us about it. JYD: Well Marc, I just went out there and did what the Dog does baby. It don't matter to me how big they are, or how bad they think they are, cause the Junkyard Dog is bad to the bone and the proof is right here in this belt. So anybody that wanna take a shot at the Big Bad Dog is welcome to step into that ring with me, cause they'll get.. A wave of boo's from the crowd interrupts the Dog as Big John Studd and General Skandor Akbar make their way down to the ring. Studd stops and locks eyes with JYD for a moment and the microphone picks him up saying "Nice Belt" before he heads into the ring. JYD: Any time you wanna try it big man, you just sign your name on that dotted line, the Dog ain't a hard man to find. Dog nods to Marc Lowrance and walks away from ringside as the audience begins to cheer again. -Commercial Break- 1 Fall, 15 Minute Time Limit -Big John Studd w/Skandor Akbar vs Mike Reed- Apparently fired up from his confrontation with JYD, Studd wasted no time with Reed. He backed him in the corner off the lock up, hammered him with several massive forearms across the back, then hooked him and sent him most of the way across the ring with a huge butterfly suplex. Studd yanked Reed up by the hair, and whipped him into the ropes, a stiff clothesline sent Reed crashing back to the canvas. Studd yanked him back up again and hoisted him into a Double Underhook Over the Shoulder Backbreaker. Reed submitted immediately. Winner: Big John Studd Jim Ross: Big John Studd makes short work of his opponent here tonight, and it appears he would like to be the first to challenge The Junkyard Dog. Bill Watts: There is a long line of men who would love to have that opportunity, and I can tell you that Bob Geigel and everyone behind the scenes are weighing the decision on who should get that shot very carefully. But if I could, I would like to take a moment and congratulate the Dog on his title win. Anyone who knows anything about me or JYD knows that we have history, so I just wanted him to know how proud I am of his big win. Jim Ross: Okay folks, we are going to take one last break, and we'll be back with our main event which will see the World Class Television Title on the line!! -Commercial Break- Jim Ross: Welcome back Ladies and Gentleman, let's head down to the ring where the man who finished runner up in the battle royal last week Chick Donovan will challenge Hercules Hernandez for the AWA World Class Television Title! 1 Fall, 15 Minute Time Limit -Hercules Hernandez w/Percival Pringle III vs Chick Donovan - AWA World Class Television Title Right out of the lock up, Hercules used his strength advantage and just shoved Chick backwards hard onto the mat. Hercules flexed his biceps, as Donovan just nodded his head as if to say let's try this again. A second lock up and again Hercules just pushed Chick half way across the ring. Another flex, another nod, and they went to lock up again. Only this time, Donovan changed angles at the last minute and jumped over the leg of Hercules, catching him in a surprise roll up! Referee James Beard counted to two, and Hercules came up angry. He swung a clothesline at Chick, who ducked it and caught him with a dropkick that staggered Hernandez. Chick got back to his feet quickly and started laying in the punches, then fired Hercules into the ropes. Not sure what Donovan had in mind, but Hercules about ripped his head off with a clothesline. Hercules scooped Donovan up and planted him with a huge bodyslam, then dropped a big elbow to his chest. Chick kicked out at two, but Hercules didn't let it bother him as he pulled Donovan up by the hair and shot him into the ropes. A big shoulderblock would send Chick back down, and another elbow drop would follow. Hercules grabbed Donovan and hoisted him onto his shoulder and drilled him with a big powerslam. Hernandez then picked Donovan up again and hoisted him up into a One Armed Backbreaker. Donovan fought to get out of it and held on as long as he could, but finally had no choice and submitted. Winner, and still AWA World Class Television Champion: Hercules Hernandez Marc Lowrance is joined at ringside by Percival Pringle III and Hercules Hernandez. Marc Lowrance: A very impressive win by the new Television Champion here tonight. Percival Pringle III: That's right Marc Lowrance. My Hercules walked into that ring last week and stood toe to toe with nineteen other men. He fought tooth and nail against the best that World Class has to offer, and none of them could withstand the strength, none of them could withstand the power of my Mighty Hercules, and he brought home the AWA World Class Television Championship to the Pringle Dynasty. Then tonight he went in there and made the first in what will be a long line of defenses of that title. So Hercules, why don't you go on back, get a shower, and I'll have the limousine ready with the champagne on ice by the time you are done! Hercules claps Pringle on the shoulder and heads back to the locker room to a chorus of boo's. Marc Lowrance starts to speak, but Pringle cuts him off. Percival Pringle III: Now, before I join Hercules in celebrating his victory, I have a little more business to take care of Marc Lowrance. So you just keep your mouth shut and hold that microphone! Now, after the grueling weekend we had in Texas last week, I decided to give my One Man Gang some time off this week to relax. But if you know my One Man Gang, relaxing isn't something that comes natural to him. So while he's been back home in Chicago, instead of taking it easy, he's been thinking about the next person he is going to beat up. Percy pauses for a moment, and a smile crosses his face Percival Pringle III: HULK HOGAN! My One Man Gang heard you are coming to Memorial Day Star Wars to defend the AWA World Heavyweight Title! Well Hulk Hogan, they say you are big, and they say you are bad. So let's see just how big and bad you are. Let's see if you will accept the challenge of my ONE....MAN....GANG!! Pringle looks at Marc Lowrance with disdain, and then heads toward the locker room. Jim Ross: Percy Pringle has challenged the AWA World Champion Hulk Hogan on behalf of the One Man Gang! Bill Watts: That would be a massive challenge for the champion Jim. Jim Ross: We have challenges that need accepting from Hogan and the Freebirds. Hopefully we get some answers next week Bill. Bill Watts: Hopefully so. See you next week everyone!
  8. Luger isn't eligible. He is part of the rookie class, which we aren't drafting until December.

The cage match has a If Brody beats Kabuki, then Fritz gets Gary Hart alone in the cage stipulation. So a portion of the run time is Fritz stripping Gary to his underwear and putting him in the claw. It's certainly nothing to write home about.

  14. World Class sends Bugsy McGraw to SECW for Brett Wayne Sawyer
  15. -Sunday May 5th- -Reunion Arena- -Dallas, Tx- 15,000 plus fans have packed the Reunion Arena in Dallas, Texas as AWA World Class Wrestling is set to crown it's first Heavyweight and Tag Team Champions. Television cameras are rolling, Marc Lowrance is ready, let's head to the ring! 1) Chief Joe Lightfoot vs "The Duke of Dorchester" Pete Doherty The debut of both men in AWA World Class saw Lightfoot get the crowd behind early him with his Native American war dance. He would dominate ninety five percent of this short contest and pick up the win with a Tomahawk Chop off the second rope. Winner: Chief Joe Lightfoot 2) Al Madril vs Bob Bradley A quick showcase match to get Texas favorite Madril out in front of the crowd. Bradley got a bit of token offense in the opening minutes of the match, but for the most part Madril was in charge and picked up the win with a Crucifix. Winner: Al Madril 3) Black Bart/Ron Bass vs BYE Black Bart and Ron Bass came down to the ring long enough to soak in the jeers of the audience as Marc Lowrance announced that they would be receiving a Bye into the finals of the tournament for the Tag Team Titles. Black Bart and Ron Bass received a BYE into the Tag Team Title Championship Tournament Final 4) Kerry Von Erich/Kevin Von Erich vs Hercules Hernandez/One Man Gang w/Percival Pringle III Gang and Hercules jumped on The Von Erichs before the bell rang much to the chagrin of the massive crowd. Kerry was thrown from the ring, and Kevin was isolated in the corner by Hernandez. Hercules used his muscle to pound Kevin unmercifully with clubbing blows, bodyslam after bodyslam, and a bearhug that looked to be the end. With the deafening crowd behind him, Kevin managed to fight back from it all. When the Gang tagged in and started using his weight to ram Kevin repeatedly into the corner, and then dropped a big elbow on him, even the crowd thought it was over, but Kevin kicked out at two. The Gang bounced into the ropes and went for the 747, but Kevin managed to roll out of the way. The stomping and clapping was deafening, and when Kevin made the tag, the roof could have come off the Reunion. Kerry came into the ring like a man possessed, and was throwing rapid fire punches at the Gang, and then at Hercules who came into the ring. Back and forth, back and forth, both men were rocking and reeling. BOOM, down went Hercules from a big Discus Punch. BOOM, the Gang got blasted with a Discus Punch and went sailing between the ropes to the floor. A recovered Kevin grabbed hold of the top rope and catapulted himself over the top rope and landed on the Gang on the floor and both men crumbled in a heap. Kerry called for the Iron Claw and went after Hercules who was doing everything he could with his massive arms to block it. Referee Jerry Usher however was laying the count on One Man Gang who was the legal man, and while he did get back to his feet, he resumed fighting with Kevin instead of getting back into the ring and got counted out. Kerry and Kevin Von Erich advance into the Tag Team Title Championship Tournament Final 5) Chick Donovan vs Grizzly Evans The larger Evans attempted a Pearl Harbor job before the bell rang, but Donovan caught him coming in and nailed him with a beautiful dropkick. Chick maintained control for the majority of the match, and ended up forcing the big man to submit to his patented Figure Four Leglock. Winner: Chick Donovan 6) The Russians (Krusher Darsow/Boris Zhukov) vs The Islanders (Samu/The Tonga Kid) A back and forth, hard hitting match up for several minutes that saw the young Samoan team more than holding their own with the more experienced Russians. Finally Darsow and Zhukov resorted to some underhand tactics to keep Samu in the corner and work him over, but eventually he began lighting both of them up with nasty chops and made the tag to his partner. The end to the match came when Tonga looked to have Zhukov down and out, so Darsow decided to blast Tonga in the head with the chain. What he never expected was Tonga to leap back to his feet just seconds later, with blood streaming down his face. A look of panic crossed the face of Darsow as Tonga Kid loosed a war cry and charged after him, but Darsow and Zhukov quickly escaped the ring and headed for the dressing room. Winners, by Disqualification: The Islanders At this point in the show, "Cowboy" Bill Watts came to the ring and announced that AWA World Class would return to Reunion Arena on Monday, May the 27th for Memorial Day Star Wars! He went on to announce that the AWA World Heavyweight Champion and the AWA World Tag Team Champions, as well as all of the AWA World Class roster would be appearing for a huge show. 7 The Road Warriors (Hawk/Animal) & Paul Ellering vs The Fabulous Freebirds (Michael Hayes, Terry Gordy, Buddy Roberts) This was pretty much a wild brawl from the moment the bell rang, and despite what the 'Birds thought, Ellering was more than able to hold his own. Several times all six men ended up brawling in and out of the ring, and all over the ringside area. The referee threatened disqualification several times, but never pulled the trigger. The end finally came when Gordy and Animal were brawling on the floor, and Hawk had just wiped out Buddy Roberts with a huge neckbreaker, and then headed out to help his partner. Ellering came in to take over on Roberts, but Hayes quickly entered the ring, blindsided Ellering, nailed him with a DDT, and stuck Roberts on top of him. Hayes then bailed out of the ring to pull Gordy away from the Road Warriors. The referee turned away from the brawl and saw Roberts on top of Ellering and counted the pinfall. Winners: The Fabulous Freebirds 8) Barry Windham vs Dick Murdoch As soon as the bell rang Windham was all over Murdoch, obviously still angry at Murdoch for costing him his match in the Heavyweight Title tournament on Friday night. The brawl never let up as these two beat each other from pillar to post for a solid twelve minutes in a hard hitting war that saw both men busted open, brawling all over the ringside area, and finally saw the referee call for a Double Disqualification when they both picked up chairs and were swinging them at one another on the floor. Windham would get the best of that exchange, first catching Murdoch in the gut, and then blasting him across the back. A host of referees and officials hit ringside to break up the brawl, and Murdoch quickly escaped to the back. A bloody Windham stood in the center of the ring beckoning for him to come back and fight. Winner: Double Disqualification 9) Big John Studd/Kim Duk/Yoshi Yatsu w/Skandor Akbar vs Blackjack Lanza/Johnny Mantell/Scott Casey The opening ten minutes of this match saw Mantell and Casey work with Duk and Yatsu in what was a pretty good tag team match, that saw both teams have control at different points. Lanza tagged in and was working over Yatsu for a couple minutes, but Yatsu caught him with a kick and was able to tag in Studd. At that point, the match changed into a showcase for Studd as he hammered Lanza unmercifully with huge blows. Then when Lanza got lucky and tagged out on an Irish whip, poor Johnny Mantell got it even worse, as Studd tossed him around the ring with several big bodyslams and a beautiful butterfly suplex. Finally Studd locked in his Reverse Bear Hug, while Yatsu and Duk snuck around and pulled Casey and Lanza off the apron. Mantell had little choice but to submit. Winners: Big John Studd, Kim Duk, and Yoshi Yatsu 10) Kerry Von Erich/Kevin Von Erich vs Black Bart/Ron Bass - AWA World Class Tag Team Titles A fresh Bart and Bass looked to take advantage of the fact that The Von Erich's had already competed and Pearl Harbored them before the bell ever had a chance to ring. Kevin was tossed out of the ring, and Kerry was beaten relentlessly in the corner of Bass and Bart. They made frequent tags, and just pounded Kerry with huge slams, kicks and knees to the midsection, forearm strikes to the back and neck, and anything else they could think to do to the man. But none of it would keep him down. Every time they went for the cover, Kerry would kick out. Bass hit his Gourdbuster, and Kerry kicked out at two. Bart came back in and beat on Kerry some more, then went up for his Second Rope Leg Drop, but somehow Kerry got out of the way! Kerry crawled across the ring, and just as Bart tagged Bass back in, Kerry exploded forward and tagged in Kevin as the Reunion Arena went crazy! Big right hand for Bass! Big right hand for Bart! Kevin nailed Bass with a dropkick, Kevin nailed Bart with a dropkick. Kevin was going crazy beating up both guys!! He caught Bart with another dropkick that sent the big man sailing over the top rope and to the floor. he peppered Bass with more punches that left him reeling. They slam him face first into the ringpost, and then Hayes drops him on the floor with a DDT. Ron Bass looks at the fallen Kevin and shrugs his shoulders, before walking over and shaking Rick Hazzard awake. Bass then pulls Kevin off the mat, hits him with the Gourdbuster and covers him for the 1,2,3. Winners, and NEW AWA World Class Tag Team Champions: "Outlaw" Ron Bass and Black Bart 11) The Junkyard Dog vs "Dr. D" David Schultz - AWA World Class Heavyweight Title Schultz and JYD came nose to nose in the center of the ring and began to jaw at one another as soon as the bell rang. The verbal exchange went on for a solid thirty seconds until finally JYD nodded his head and then slugged Schultz in the jaw with a huge left hand that knocked Dr. D back several steps. After taking a second to recover, a smile came across the face of Schultz and then he could be clearly heard saying "Come on, Boy!" The two came together in the center of the ring hurling punches at one another, until Schultz took the advantage by jamming his thumb into the eye of the Dog. Schultz smashed an elbow into the forehead of JYD, then grabbed a front facelock and rode Dog down to the canvas. Schultz kept JYD on the ground, switching from the facelock to a side headlock into a hammerlock, talking trash the whole time. JYD was finally able to maneuver to a seated position while in the hammerlock, and broke the move by throwing his head back and connecting with the face of Dr. D. Schultz clutched his face, as JYD rapidly came across the mat on all fours and headbutted Schultz again and again until he rolled out to the floor. JYD followed him out and Schultz quickly ran around the ring post and rolled back in, so that he could lay the stomps in when the Dog followed. Unfortunately for him, Dog was smart to the trick and instead got back up on the apron instead of rolling into the ring. Schultz charged at him and attempted to clothesline him off the apron, but the Dog ducked down and caught Schultz with a shoulder to the midsection. JYD quickly got back into the ring and grabbed Dr. D from behind and gave him a huge atomic drop and followed it up with a big bodyslam. Schultz again rolled out to the floor, and this time Junkyard Dog took a moment to acknowledge the crowd before heading out after him. This gave Schultz a second longer to recover and he charged Dog and rammed him back first into the apron of the ring. Schultz didn't let up and smashed JYD into the apron several more times, before hooking him and taking him over with a vertical suplex on the floor. Although the move hurt him too, Schultz was first to recover and rolled back into the ring, just long enough to break the count, then rolled back out and picked JYD up off the floor. Dr. D lifted JYD up and gave him a version of a hot shot onto the ring apron, before rolling him back into the ring. Schultz followed him back in and covered for two. After JYD kicked out, Schultz laid the boots into him, and then dropped an elbow on the fallen Dog. Schultz yanked him up by the hair, and then took him over with another suplex. Schultz cranked on another headlock, but unbeknownst to the referee, had slipped the strap of his singlet around the throat of JYD and was choking him with it as well. Finally after what seemed like an eternity, the referee caught on and forced Dr. D to break the hold. After being admonished by the referee, Schultz stood back and forced JYD to exert his own effort in getting to his feet. As soon as he did, Schultz charged across the ring and took the Dog down with a huge clothesline. He then dropped a knee on his head. With things seeming well in hand, Dr. Referee Jerry Usher counted One, Two, Three! Winner, and AWA World Class Heavyweight Champion: The Junkyard Dog

  17. Lots of hot feuds brewing on the Superstation! Anderson vs Armstrong is gonna be awesome, and I can't wait to see what goes down. Also excited to see who the mystery partner for Wildfire is. Sheik and Koloff may have just screwed up big time, Hansen is pissed and that is bad news for anybody! Riders/Fantastics in a barbed wire match! Wow. That is gonna be a war! I think the Irwins are taking them lightly though, and it may cost them.
  18. C'mon man, give them a break. It's not like they've been running the same angle for 22 years or something....
  19. Glad to see Kabuki make his debut, and it was an awesome one! Cooley is on a roll here, and I am loving it! Brody is outnumbered, and Paul Jones Army is running this place. Looking forward to where this goes. and don't worry about getting behind, even your shortened shows are entertaining!!
  20. Really liked the opening explanation for everything happening. Rolling the footage of the Backlund injury, then having him pick up a quick win, before the dastardly heel turn is all good stuff. Looking forward to seeing crazed heel Backlund run rampant over this version of the WW...AWA Worldwide. I'll second the love for Rocky Johnson as the TV Title holder. A good midcard babyface that you should be able to get a lot of mileage out of. Samoan's are always a good choice for the Tag straps. Very much looking forward to watching as you build Magnum TA into the super babyface I have a feeling he is going to become. Good stuff man!!

Man, what a show from top to bottom!! Spivey and Tsuruta each pick up big wins early in the night. Machine and Wells appears to be far from over. I think a No DQ match may be order here. Still super glad I traded Wells to you. You have done so much more with him than I would have ever dreamed of. Bock and Santana go to the limit, and Tito makes sure that everyone knows there is a new contender in town. Would have loved to have seen this one! Tully makes it out with the TV Title by the skin of his teeth, but that is his M.O. I have to assume Jaggers will be back for a rematch, but I have faith Tully will be ready! Another violent war between the Guerreros and the 'Herders, this one just keeps getting nastier! Lawler wins the match, but HTM gets one over on him. Feel like this one is far from over too. Probably gonna get a lot bloodier and a lot nastier before all is said and done! Fabs dispatch the Nightmares, but Decimation wins the night! If you want to make a statement destroying the champions and the top contenders is the way to do it!! The Funker retains in a tough one! Race gave him everything he had, but Terry pulls it out. Loving this reign, and I am excited to see who steps up to challenge next. Hogan gets the best of Idol (Boo!) but Austin gave his all. I hope we get a rematch down the line! Awesome show man!
  22. Bugsy McGraw Taras Bulba (Juan Reynosa) Nazar Bulba (aka Gene Petit aka The Mongol aka Hillbilly Cousin Luke) Tiger Conway Jr
  23. -Broadcasting live to our local affiliates in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, and Missouri, as well as in Syndication across these great United States, the American Wrestling Association proudly presents World Class Wrestling, coming to you this week from the Sportatorium in Dallas!- Jim Ross: Good Evening Ladies and Gentleman, and welcome to AWA World Class Wrestling. I am Jim Ross, and joining me for what is looking to be the biggest television program we have ever presented, is "Cowboy" Bill Watts. Bill Watts: Thank You Jim, and that is the absolute truth. Tonight, not only will we see a twenty five man over the top rope battle royal to crown the first ever AWA World Class Television Champion. Not only will we see the AWA World Tag Team Champions, The Road Warriors. But we will also see the two semi-final matches in the tournament to crown the inaugural AWA World Class Heavyweight Champion. Jim Ross: I am so excited Cowboy! Before we go off the air this evening, we will know which two men will compete one on one this Sunday night at the Reunion Arena in Dallas, Texas for the honor of becoming the first World Class Heavyweight Champion. We started with sixteen men competing in the tournament, we are now down to four. Tonight we narrow the field down to two. The stakes have never been higher. Bill Watts: Let's head down to the ring with Marc Lowrance. We cut to the ring where Marc Lowrance is prepared to make an announcement, but before he can a chorus of boo'ing begins as "General" Skandor Akbar comes to the ring followed by Kim Duk and Yoshi Yatsu. Marc Lowrance: Skandor Akbar? I didn't think you worked here any longer? Skandor Akbar: Well you heard wrong Marc Lowrance! But it wasn't for their lack of trying!! After my Devastation Incorporated sent that no good traitor Kabuki running back to Japan with his tail tucked between his legs, I got a call from Bob Geigel saying that the Board of Directors was having a meeting to discuss repercussions for what they called the "heinous acts" that we committed that night. Do you believe that crap!! Marc Lowrance: Well it was a set up. Skandor Akbar: NO ONE ASKED YOU! Anyway, Geigel and the Board have fired my Ugandan Giant, and the last time I saw him he was being loaded into a reinforced steel tractor trailor with New York license plates and being hauled out of Texas! Huge cheers from the Sportatorium crowd Skandor Akbar: Shut Up you bunch of idiots!! Then, while they chose not to fire or suspend The Mongols, they did take away my license to manage them! Another round of cheers from the Sportatorium crowd Skandor Akbar: So they thought they had done it. They thought that Devastation Incorporated was dead. But then when I was at my lowest moment, I saw the two men behind me debut on this television show, and I knew that there was still life in Devastation Incorporated. So I went to Kim Duk and Yoshi Yatsu, and I showed them the money and I promised them that with there talent and my power and knowledge, that I would take them to those World Class Tag Team Titles. So with the Oriental Assassins as the first members, Devastation Incorporated lives again Marc Lowrance!! Marc Lowrance: There you have it fol... Skandor Akbar: That's not all Lowrance!! That's not all!! Tonight they are having a battle royal for the World Class Television Title. Tonight... they are going to have a Battle Royal... for the World....Class...Television....Title.... and who better Marc Lowrance.... WHO BETTER!! to win a battle royal...than a Giant.....six feet ten inches tall, three hundred and seventy pounds, the cornerstone of the new Devastation Incorporated, and your next World Class Television Champion... BIG JOHN STUDD!!! Studd makes his way down the aisle wearing his red robe and comes to stand next to Akbar and Lowrance. He places his huge hand on the shoulder of Lowrance and smirks. Skandor Akbar: Anything you'd like to say now Mr. Lowrance? Marc Lowrance: No Skandor Akbar: No what? Marc Lowrance: No General Skandor Akbar: Didn't think so. Let's go boys. With a laugh Akbar, Studd, and the newly christened Oriental Assassins exit the ringside area while a shaken Marc Lowrance heads for the ring. -Commercial Break- Jim Ross: Welcome back folks. Just before the break we had a huge revelation as Skandor Akbar has rebuilt his Devastation Incorporated from the ground up, adding the team of Kim Duk and Yoshi Yatsu and bringing Big John Studd to World Class Wrestling! Bill Watts: Studd is a tough, giant of a man, and if he is really entered in the Battle Royal this evening, you have to believe there is a new favorite. Jim Ross: Well, the time has come, let's find out who is going to go on and compete to become the World Class Heavyweight Champion. 1 Fall, 30 Minute Time Limit -Barry Windham vs David Schultz- This started with Dr. D laying the bad mouth on Barry in the center of the ring. Barry stood looking at him just nodding his head until finally he blasted him with a huge right hand and we were off to the races. Barry battered Schultz with right hands all the way across the ring, and then wound up with another huge right that sent Schultz sailing between the ropes and to the floor. Windham followed him out and Schultz rammed him back first into the ring apron. Dr. D wasn't finished there, following it up with a bodyslam on the hard concrete floor. Schultz yanked Windham off the floor and tossed him back into the ring. Schultz headed back into the ring and clamped on a rear chinlock with his knee planted squarely in the back of Barry. The Sportatorium crowd came alive clapping and stomping for Windham and Dr. D wrenched on the move for all he was worth, but Windham fought his way off the mat and started firing elbows into the midsection of Schultz. With the upper hand, Barry whipped Schultz into the ropes and caught him flush with a dropkick. Windham yanked Schultz off the mat and signaled for the Bulldog. Barry began running forward, but Schultz shoved him forward into the ropes. On the rebound, Schultz nailed Barry with a back elbow that sent Windham sailing over the top rope to the floor. Schultz chose not to follow and allowed David Manning to put the count on Windham who managed to roll back into the ring at the count of thirteen. Schultz jumped onto him with a big elbow and peppered him with punches on the mat. Dr. D then yanked Windham up by the hair and slammed him hard to the canvas. Schultz when to the turnbuckle and came off with the Second Rope Elbow Drop, but Windham was able to roll out of the way. Manning began to count out both men, and each of them got to their feet at the count of seven. Windham charged forward and nailed Dr. D with a huge Lariat, but only managed to get a count of two off the cover. An exhausted Windham pulled Schultz to his feet, but Dr. D shoved Barry away and into David Manning. Manning crashed to the canvas, but Barry charged forward and caught Schultz with another huge Lariat. He covered, but there was no referee to count. Windham looked around and saw Manning on the canvas and went over to check on him. Barry never saw Dick Murdoch come running down the aisle and slide into the ring. Windham was attempting to rouse David Manning when Murdoch dropped down to one knee behind him and stiff armed Barry in the groin. Murdoch then spun Windham around, hoisted him up, and dropped him with a Brainbuster. Murdoch quickly shook Schultz, before sliding out of the ring and heading to the back. Schultz crawled across the ring and covered Windham. He reached across and shook the leg of David Manning until the referee groggily realized where he was, and counted the One, Two, Three. Winner: David Schultz Jim Ross: David Schultz advances to the finals of the tournament with a cheap victory over Barry Windham thanks to the interference of Dick Murdoch. It's unfortunate too Cowboy as they were having one heck of a match in there. Bill Watts: This pairing of Schultz and Murdoch are almost as bad as the Freebirds about not staying out of each others business. But like it or not, Dr. D is going to the finals of the Heavyweight Title tournament. Jim Ross: Folks, stay tuned because right after this break, the AWA World Tag Team Champions The Road Warriors along with their manager Paul Ellering will be joining us. -Commercial Break- 1 Fall, 15 Minute Time Limit -The Road Warriors (Animal/Hawk) w/Paul Ellering vs Bob Bradley/Mike George- This was thirty seconds of total destruction. When the bell rang, The Warriors charged across the ring and nearly decapitated both men with clotheslines. Hawk pressed Bradly over his head and dumped him out to the floor, while Animal swung George into the ropes and caught him with a huge powerslam. Animal pulled George up and put him on his shoulders while Hawk scaled the turnbuckles, and the Doomsday Device spelled victory for the the World Tag Team Champions. Winners: The Road Warriors Jim Ross: They don't come much more decisive than that Cowboy. Bill Watts: They are the AWA World Tag Team Champions for a reason. Jim Ross: A few more performances like that and they will be the World Class Tag Team Champions as well. Bill Watts: You're not wrong Jim. Jim Ross: Folks, let's take a quick break, and we will be right back to find out who will advance to take on David Schultz for the AWA World Class Heavyweight Championship! -Commercial Break- 1 Fall, 30 Minute Time Limit -Terry Gordy w/Michael Hayes & Buddy Roberts vs The Junkyard Dog- As Marc Lowrance finished his ring introductions, but before the bell could ring, David Manning came racing down to the ring where he met with Alfred Neely, the official assigned to the match, and Marc Lowrance. Lowrance then announced that per the order of Bob Geigel and the AWA World Class Board of Directors, Michael Hayes and Buddy Roberts were to leave ringside in the next ten seconds, and if they returned at any point during the match Terry Gordy would be disqualified, and The Fabulous Freebirds would be suspended for ninety days!! Bill Watts: I Love It!! Jim Ross: Hayes and Roberts are beside themselves, but they are headed back to the dressing room. Gordy is stomping mad, and JYD has a huge smile on his face!! Bill Watts: I Absolutely Love It!! 1 Fall, 30 Minute Time Limit -Terry Gordy vs The Junkyard Dog- As soon as Alfred Neely called for the bell, an irate Terry Gordy charged across the ring at JYD who ducked under him, and caught him with a huge Powerslam on the rebound!! Neely counted One, Two, Three!! Winner: The Junkyard Dog Jim Ross: IT'S OVER!! JYD WINS!! Bill Watts: I LOVE IT!! Jim Ross: The Dog took advantage of Gordy's anger and pinned him in seconds. So now we know, this Sunday night at Reunion Arena, it will be The Junkyard Dog against "Dr. D" David Schultz for the AWA World Class Heavyweight Title. I can't wait to see how it goes down Cowboy. Bill Watts: It should be a hell of a fight Jim. Jim Ross: Folks, let's take our last commercial break, and we will be back with the Battle Royal to determine the first ever AWA World Class Television Champion! -Commercial Break- 20 Man Battle Royal -AWA World Class Television Title- -Al Madril vs Al Perez vs Chick Donovan vs Blackjack Lanza vs Kerry Von Erich vs Kevin Von Erich vs "Superstar" Billy Graham vs Black Bart vs Boris Zhukov vs Buddy Roberts vs Dick Murdoch vs Hercules Hernandez vs Krusher Darsow vs Michael Hayes vs One Man Gang vs Ron Bass vs Johnny Mantell vs Scott Casey vs Tom Zenk vs Big John Studd- Elimination #1: As Marc Lowrance was finishing ring introductions, Billy Graham grabbed the microphone from him and went into his spiel about how he was the strongest man in all of wrestling, and how no one in this battle royal would be able to eliminate the man with the largest arms in the world. Hercules Hernandez grabbed him by the back of his tights and the back of the neck and chucked him over the top rope just as the bell rang. A shocked Graham looked up from the floor to see Hercules flexing his massive biceps as the ring descended into chaos behind him. "Superstar Billy Graham is eliminated Elimination #2: The action had been going on for several minutes, everyone was for the most part fighting everyone. The Russians had singled out Kevin Von Erich in the corner and were laying a beating on him. Kerry Von Erich had been tied up with the One Man Gang, but had managed to get away from him and saw his brother in trouble. He grabbed both Darsow and Zhukov from behind and gave them the double noggin knocker. He then hurled Zhukov over the rope and out of the match. Boris Zhukov is eliminated Elimination #3 & #4: Buddy Roberts and Al Madril were tied up near the ropes, both trying to push each other out of the ring. Roberts had a handful of Madril's hair, and Madril had an arm wrapped around the leg of Buddy. Both were struggling for every inch of leverage they could muster to push one another out of the ring, but it was all for nothing. Big John Studd noticed the both of them tied up, and simply reached down, grabbed a leg of each man and sent them both tumbling out of the ring. Al Madril is eliminated Buddy Roberts is eliminated Elimination #5: The One Man Gang was an impressive figure to be sure, but his size made him a target in a match like this. It started with the trio of Scott Casey, Johnny Mantell, and Blackjack Lanza targeting him. The three of them were doing everything they could to lift the massive Gang out of the ring. Then Chick Donovan noticed the effort and joined in. Then Krusher Darsow and Dick Murdoch figured that it was better to help out now than deal with the Gang later. So with the combined might of six men, they put the One Man Gang out of the ring and to the floor. One Man Gang is eliminated Elimination #6: Tom Zenk was trying to use his speed for hit and run attacks all around the ring, and so far it had been working. He had just nailed Black Bart with a dropkick that had caused him to collide with his own partner Ron Bass. Zenk was now preparing to go after Michael Hayes, but what he didn't know was that Hercules Hernandez was stalking him like he was stalking Hayes. When the clothesline connected with the back of his head, and sent him sailing out of the ring, Zenk had no idea what hit him. Tom Zenk is eliminated Elimination #7: Krusher Darsow had Al Perez down on the canvas and had his boot across his throat. Chick Donovan took a few seconds to figure out the best angle and then charged Darsow so he'd have some momentum, and plowed into him, while at the same time shoving him up and over the ropes. A stunned Darsow could only glare from the floor as the newcomer smirked at him from the ring. Krusher Darsow is eliminated Elimination #8: Blackjack Lanza and Dick Murdoch had begun fighting almost immediately after eliminating One Man Gang. They were still trading lefts and rights in the corner of the ring. Lanza appeared to be getting the advantage when Michael Hayes snuck up from behind and kicked Lanza hard in the groin from behind. Together Hayes and Murdoch pitched Lanza over the top rope. Blackjack Lanza is eliminated Elimination #9 & #10: Black Bart and Ron Bass had Scott Casey on the mat and were just stomping the daylights out of him. They didn't seem interested in eliminating him, they just appeared interested in injuring the man. The Von Erich's took advantage of them not paying attention and a pair of dropkicks from Kevin and Kerry sent Bart and Bass over the ropes and out of the ring. Black Bart is eliminated Ron Bass is eliminated Elimination #11: Al Perez had just caught Michael Hayes with a spectacular looking savate kick and was about to pick him up off the canvas, when a pair of giant hands grabbed him from behind and blasted him with a huge headbutt. Big John Studd nailed Perez with a follow up right hand and then hurled him over the top rope. Al Perez is eliminated Elimination #12, #13, #14: The Von Erich's had cornered Michael Hayes and were dishing him out a beating. Punch from Kevin, punch from Kerry, one after the other, again and again, and the Sportatorium was going insane. Hayes was reeling back and forth from each big punch, until one from Kerry spun him around and left him draped across the top rope. The brothers pounced and were both trying to send Hayes the rest of the way over, when Big John Studd came up from behind and grabbed the legs of both Kevin and Kerry and dumped them out of the ring. Hayes also crashed to the floor with them. Kerry Von Erich is eliminated Kevin Von Erich is eliminated Michael Hayes is eliminated Elimination #15: The deafening boo'ing of the crowd caught the attention of the remaining men in the ring who all turned their attention to the threat of Big John Studd. Johnny Mantell was the first to charge at Studd, but Studd caught him by the throat, turned with him and sent him sailing over the ropes to the floor. Johnny Mantell is eliminated Elimination #16: But this was the opening the other wrestlers needed. Hercules charged forward and grabbed Studd around the waist. Murdoch and Scott Casey each grabbed one of his legs, while Chick Donovan shoved at his head and neck on the side opposite of Hercules. It took all four of them, exerting everything they had, but they managed to get Studd off of his feet and teetering on the ropes. Studd fought with all he head, kicking his legs and swatting at Herc and Chick, but they continued to shove and finally managed to deposit Studd on the floor. Big John Studd is eliminated Elimination #17: As Studd hit the floor, Dick Murdoch looked down at him, then looked at Scott Casey with a big smile on his face. He nodded at Casey then stuck out his hand. Casey looked at Murdoch with trepidation, but then accepted the handshake. Murdoch swung a sucker punch at Casey, but Casey ducked which spun Murdoch around. Casey grabbed Murdoch from behind and gave him a huge atomic drop, the impact of which sent Murdoch up and over the top rope! Dick Murdoch is eliminated Elimination #18: Hercules grabbed Scott Casey from behind and with one hand full of tights, and the other full of mullet tossed him over the top rope where he landed right next to Murdoch. Scott Casey is eliminated Elimination #19: Hercules turned just in time to see a Chick Donovan dropkick catch him square in the face. Hercules stumbled backwards into the ropes. Donovan ran to the the opposite side of the ring for momentum, and Hercules came forward to meet him. Donovan launched himself into a cross body, but unfortunately for Chick, Hercules caught him! Hercules muscled Donovan up, took him over to the ropes, and flung him out to the floor. Chick Donovan is eliminated Winner, and AWA World Class Television Champion: Hercules Hernandez Jim Ross: Hercules Hernandez has won the battle royal and is the first AWA World Class Television Champion!! Bill Watts: By my count he eliminated, or was a part of eliminating five men in that battle royal. That is a fourth of the field. Pretty impressive numbers Jim Ross. Jim Ross: You can say that again Bill. Alright folks, we are out of time. Please join us tomorrow night at the Fort Worth Convention Center for the opening night of the AWA World Class Tag Team Title Tournament, and then on Sunday at the Reunion Arena in Dallas where we will see The Junkyard Dog take on David Schultz to determine the first World Class Heavyweight Champion! Good Night Everyone!
  24. Bad News laying it down and I look forward to seeing someone try and take the belt from him. The collision between Gilbert and Nikita is becoming inevitable, and Gilbert and Baby Doll better have a damn good plan, or else he is going to get his head ripped off like everyone else. Speaking of collisions, Doc and Raging Bull against The Road Warriors is shaping up to be quite the war. Looking forward to seeing who walks away from that hard hitting hoss fest with the belts. Adnan and Heenan are working together now? Oh Shit, that's a big problem for everyone in All-Star!!
  25. Fucking Sportsball is the worst! The reunited Vachon Brothers will be bad news for anyone who gets in their way. Buddy Rose gets some tough help in the form of Hickerson, and The Four Families do indeed look strong. Rock and Rolls with a nice title defense, but man with Orton/Brooks, Glamour Boys, LA Express, and now the Vachons all on the scene, they have a rough road ahead. Zbyszko needed a little pick me up, and Nord is about the best pick me up money can buy! That'll teach Valiant to Boogie Woogie on Larry!!
