I'll be honest, I wasn't huge on Conrad at first but now I appreciate what he does. He did some things in early shows that I'm not a fan of, but he's improved as far as I'm concerned. I like that he talks money and business, and yes even how much guys get paid, it helps paint the picture. The one they did on the '97 Royal Rumble for example, really opened my eyes to how they promoted shows, and just promoting practices in pro wrestling in general. -
He comes from behind the broadcast booth in WCW to manage the Horsemen during the beginning of the NWO angle. He cuts interviews for weeks and weeks about how he was right about Hogan all along, and bring up his bad neck. Don't do anything with him physically but tease it all the time to get heat on the NWO guys.

Teaser episode is up on iTunes right now. Should be interesting to listen to, I didn't really watch their show on the Network so I can't gauge much excitement beyond the curiosity I have as to how good it'll be.
Jim Cornette has been announced to induct The Rock & Roll Express.

I was neither here nor there on him at the time but looking back I can see how his presence got annoying. When he turned on Hulk after the cage match with Flair a few years earlier from this point, I remember being kind of hooked by it. I read his dislike of "The Barber" character more as knowing his limits as a performer, and feeling more comfortable surrounded by people like Valentine and Valiant.
I remember for a brief time they were building an Undertaker feud, sometime after WM VIII. The stand-out image was his sword planted in the middle of the ring aimed at Taker before he moved. That was pretty heavy to watch at the time.
Best thing that ever happened to him was the beatdown the Horsemen gave him in August of '96 in a lead-up to a Hogan/Flair match.
They had a much better match 3 years later in WCW at the Great American Bash. Savage in '92 was not at his best.
With regard to some of the early WM's I thought some of the tag team matches were the best shows of the card. For example, I have a real fondness for the opening match of III, Martel/Zenk vs. Orton/Muraco. The tag team title match from the first one is great too. For all-time great though I'd have to go with Hart/Austin. That was the real passing of the torch to Austin, any lingering doubt there may have been that he could be the next guy must have gone away that night.
So is this the full class now?
