So, AJ Styles is really, really small.
Guys now in general are much smaller it seems.

2016 WWE Hall of Fame
I'm surprised that they didn't get him in any sooner. Wasn't he the host of one of the first ceremonies?

Flair's podcast (WOOOOONation)
Is he doing commentary over the match or just talking about it?

The Great Wight Hope | My SBNation Longform article about Big Show's flirtation w/ boxing in 2007
I enjoyed reading it too. I've seen the Show/Mayweather match a few times and later wondered if it ever occurred to Wight to shoot on him. That whole trial-and-error process of trying to become a boxer himself is what likely put it out of his mind, and I'm sure Mayweather and his people were well aware of that.

WWF's introduction of music in the 80s
Actually, they had it until Survivor Series when their team came out to it.

1992 Royal Rumble
I would have given him 4 or 5 to give Heenan a few of those nervous moments followed by relief. But when he comes out is great enough as it is, as was Heenan's reaction. Having seen the match so many times I don't think it's the single-greatest performance of his but it's certainly up there. Can't help but think McMahon would have been so much better instead of Monsoon that night, who flubs a few lines and goes into his hyper-face cheerleader mode a couple times too.

WrestleMania 32
I don't keep up, but the only thing I would guess for certain is that Trump will show up. Probably not in an angle, but a cameo appearance be it live or via satellite.

Jesse Ventura,the WCW run
I thought he was better in WCW, in some respects. Especially when he turned the more heel-ish side of his persona down and talked more as the voice of experience. I've listened to some of his last matches with the company, and it's probably good that he left when he did because I think he probably would have been made to be a watered-down version of who he'd been 10 years before, rather than closer to himself. He was pretty good with Ross, though with knowing that there was tension you can definitely hear it in their announcing sometimes. That's either good or bad depending on one's taste, as opposed to being outright horrible. I listened to a shoot with Ventura from '93 where he calls Ross some pretty awful things, so I guess it was true. I'd love it if Ventura got on Ross' podcast or the other way around, so we can hear them talk about that time. I think Ross has said he wished he'd been more professional during that period, so they both share some blame on it.

when did Hulkamania peak?
Didn't SummerSlam draw better that year than WrestleMania, PPV-wise? Things historically began to slip after his appearance on Arsenio Hall denying he took steroids.

1991 Face Greg Valentine vs Rhythm & Blues Greg Valentine
At least Valentine had music in '91.

2016 WWE Hall of Fame
I think Rude will be a lock for next year because Minnesota. Freebirds definitely. Hansen would be cool, but it seems that they limit the local thing to just one inductee. I would imagine WWE would have cold feet about Patera because of the McDonald's thing. Unless there's a blindspot I've missed, he has not been someone they've reached out to for things like documentaries or such before.

The Islanders
Was there ever any indication by Meltzer or someone else on why they turned heel? I watched the Dream Team match in Boston yesterday and a few other things before that, and my impression was they were on their way to becoming a very popular team.

Gorilla Monsoon
Guys on Reddit were talking about how he was flubbing people's names during the '92 Rumble when it was on the Network. Of course I've noticed it over the years, but it's not as bad because Heenan would come in and correct him in a way that befit their chemistry. That WWE.com article in the first post is pretty great, btw. Interesting to hear about how much he still cared about the business when Ross came in.

Umaga squashing Roddy and Dusty was pretty bad.

WWE Network... It's Here
Gotta wonder when the next big content dump will be, like it was with the territory stuff a few years ago. I'm hoping they put up more MSG/Boston/Philly shows. Is there a list somewhere of all the cards that aired on 24/7 and WWEClassics?

Legitimately great WWWF matches?
I saw this on 24/7 years ago. I'd never seen an Eddie Gilbert match before but knew of him, but didn't know he worked with the lighter guys back then.

Biggest Matches Left On The Table
I don't know if they would have drawn much, but I think there were a lot of potentially awesome matches left behind once Vader left WCW. He could have had real solid programs with the likes of Tenta, Meng and The Giant. And who knows what could have happened with him once the NWO got in the picture. Better than him trying to work around a dying Yokozuna, and being bitched at by Bret and Shawn.

Wrestling's Scummiest Moment Ever?
Maybe you could do two shows, one about the most scummiest thing not involving Vince, and another psycho-analyzing Vince.

The Faces of Fear in 1996
It's too bad their potential as a tag team was never fully explored, either here or in WWF in the early 90's. I think by '96 they seemed more like a tag team than ever.
