Someone said on Twitter that Raw has a completely new set tonight.

"Macho Madness: The Randy Savage Ultimate Collection"
That's what I was thinking.

At least they are adding stuff from shows otherwise not on the network I believe.

"Macho Madness: The Randy Savage Ultimate Collection"
http://www.blu-ray.com/movies/WWE-Macho-Man-The-Randy-Savage-Story-Blu-ray/111068/ Just saw this pop up. I wonder if Vince is going to open up about his side of what happened with Randy when he left. Lanny appeared on WWE Network for something not long ago, so he must be taking part in this.

Debut of Winged Eagle Title Belt
What's even more strange is the comment Monsoon made during the WrestleMania match that "win, lose or draw it's the final time we'll see that particular belt" but Hogan continued to wear it until the following February.

Summerslam 2014
How would you book Lesnar's exit?

Summerslam 2014
Those would be good interim feuds to lead up to Mania. What's Bryan's situation with his neck? I'm not sure I want to see Lesnar brutalize him either but if he can recover fully from this it would be a HELL of a story.

Johnny B Badd / Marc Mero... Time to Revisit his Career
It's too bad Mero never had a feud with Piper in WCW. Mero would have been an interesting addition to the NWO, not unlike what happened with Bagwell.

Exactly why. Otherwise it'd just be another show and I wouldn't mention it at all. When they were doing the guest host thing every week, I'd always hoped they'd get Robin to do it one week.

I know wrestling is in it's own bubble and everything, but I can't help but feel Robin Williams' death will make tonight's Raw feel a little awkward for a lot of people watching it.

Comments that don't warrant a thread - Part 3
It's gotten positive buzz and has already recouped its budget, which was at $100 million (and brought in close to $120 million). You'll see it between 130-150.It wasn't going to be Guardians or Transformers, but I think it's respectable These kinds of movies always seem to recoup their budget, if not here than overseas. Dwayne is definitely a movie star, but he's always kind of hovered just above B-movie status (the big studio films he does wind up doing are either slotted in late summer like this one was, or is a sequel to an established franchise) and hasn't worked with the kind of director or material that knows all of his strengths and can work to them well. I always thought Tony Scott could have done something with him if Denzel ever stopped working with him.

Shoots Review and Preview thread
His basic insinuation that Randy only got the belt because he was over with "the boys" is a bit ludicrous too. He was on his way to eclipsing Hogan in popularity.

WWE Network... It's Here
I hope they get back to putting those up, I know the reason why they stopped was that they weren't getting much attention but I think if you keep putting stuff up it'll attract enough attention. The house shows frankly were a big reason why I subscribed in the first place. Digitizing the content is likely what is setting them back there, and with regard to their other libraries.

Any word on more MSG/Boston/Philly house shows?- Wrestlemania VIII
Natural Disasters/Nasty Boys, and push the eventual title change to SummerSlam. LOD/Money, Inc. in a No-DQ match. Re-arrange the 8-man a bit to include Berzerker and Davey Boy and a few others (maybe Owen and Skinner too). Instead of taking Hogan off TV entirely, Just use him sparingly for the rest of the year. I'd think even a Hogan/Undertaker vs. Flair/Sid match could work, if you took the title off Flair in between the Rumble and WM.- Impact Cancelled
"Total Non-Stop Agony" is a good name for a book.- Current WWE
WWE.com had a report saying Orton has been suspended for 60 days due to wellness violation. Key word being had now that it's down.- What would have been a bigger draw (Mike Tyson)
Plus I don't think Tyson would have wanted to be a heel. Even considering what he did later with DX, I'd imagine it was with the understanding that it would end with him raising Austin's hand in Boston as it did. It's purely guesswork on my part, but knowing now that he was such a huge fan growing up that might have been his mentality towards it.- WWE Network... It's Here
The remaining SNME's went up today.- [1991-12-21-WWF-Superstars] Update: Royal Rumble update
Even two tag teams being in would be a little weird considering by my count the previous Rumbles had at least 4 teams altogether (even the first one) in. But in '92 it is more compelling that nearly everyone in it is a singles guy, considering what's at stake.- 11 replies

Flair as the face and Dusty as a heel in 1998 would have been something to see.- Shoots Review and Preview thread
Like he should be one to talk, the guy who refers in his book to times he cheated on his wife as if they were joyful sexual conquests. And I'm sure neither are true. Bret seemed really sore about the WBF in general which is understandable, and with the benefit of hindsight, it's the very definition of bad timing for Vince to have started up such a promotion.- [1991-12-21-WWF-Superstars] Update: Royal Rumble update
Oh wow, didn't know about the traffic incident. I heard somewhere that Saggs replaced Marty Jannetty who was either kayfabe injured from the Barbershop incident or fired already. It would have been weird if both Nasty Boys were in the Rumble since they would have been the only tag team. Any idea on who replaced Knobbs?- 11 replies
