  1. If that's true the placement of it is weird.
  2. Sid peeking his head out of the curtain when Hulk calls him out is a nice moment. He could be a trainwreck at times but he had skills.
  3. Is that music during the replay his entrance music?
  4. I'm trying to decide if the person reporting this was confused, outright lying or if Flair actually did cut a promo at the disney tapings mentioning Mr. Perfect for the Clash. All good questions because around this time Curt had the big comeback at WrestleMania, which started a program with Lex Luger that never went anywhere and he wasn't to be seen in WWF again until late next year. Was there any hubbub that he was talking with WCW? It would make sense to try and get him because he was as identifiable with WWF as anyone and could have fit in with the more competitive in-ring nature at the time.
  5. Miss Elizabeth was more Redbook than Playboy. She was certainly attractive, but I never got the sense she was ever promoted for sex appeal. I doubt that even came up and if it did Randy would have struck it down.
  6. Tatanka sure seemed to be shoe-horned into recycled angles. First taking Jake Roberts' place in 1992, being "blinded" by Rick Martel's "Arrogance". And now with Luger, doing the "whose corner will Mr. Perfect be in" angle (this time a little better executed I must say), even at the same event, two years later.
  7. From what I've seen and heard which admittedly is not much, Bill was better on-camera than calling the action.
  8. Surprised no one has mentioned this yet. Trended on Twitter for awhile.
  9. Leon White episode goes up Tuesday
  10. The better option would have been to have Lawler do pot shots back instead of making a big production out of it.
  11. I thought it would have been funny at some point he cut his hair short, and dyed his hair blonde again because He could have even used the toothpick (also doubling as a tribute to Scott Hall, who's idea it was to turn him into The Crow).
  12. I skipped the LARP stuff. Was cool seeing Jim do a cartwheel, didn't think he'd still be able to. I'd love to see the raw footage of that dinner scene, I'm sure it was good for a few laughs. Especially Piper, with his hair still colored from the LARP.
  13. Rabbit season.
  14. What did he do for them? He's a name I've come across because of the scandals but didn't know (or just overlooked) he was any kind of on-air talent.
  15. How WCW misused Tenta is pretty sad and typical for a company that had an embarrassment of riches when it came to their roster. Seeing him do the Oddities thing later in WWF felt even worse because they made him a clown.
  16. Didn't he try out after AWA went out of business, shortly before WCW picked him up? I haven't listened to the whole interview yet.
  17. I didn't bother with it tonight but next week's episode looks good.
  18. DDP posted pictures of Chris interviewing him and Jake Roberts for the show.
  19. Their stock went up today after the news that WWE Films signed a deal with Lionsgate.
  20. Steve just tweeted that he's talking to Leon White tomorrow.
  21. Zakk Wylde is an Ultimate Warrior fan. Didn't know that, but not surprised.
  22. Am I reading this right, there are two separate firms investigating this?
  23. I'm sure we'll see them all go up as before with the Clash shows. I said before I was surprised SNME didn't go up first, but now that I think about it there are a lot more music rights issues with them then there are the COC's (tee-hee).
  24. Caesar & Cleo walking by Randy Savage writhing on the ground is an image that sticks out as an unfortunate simile to his last couple of years in the company.
