Tomorrow is Saturday which I think will almost certainly move quick. By the time tomorrows over I doubt people will even give a shit who they draft given the scraps that will be left

It probably was unlikely but after Mad Dog Lefebvre went three rounds before I thought he would I'm not willing to take risks like that anymore.

I had no real need for him. I thought about drafting him and putting him in the role that Sierra/Assassin was in as The Nightmare, but it's really not a necessary role. I still came very close to taking him and probably would have but I was paranoid someone was going to get at Two Eagles before I could.

Ted Allen is an excellent utility pick at this point. I came very close to taking him with both of my last two picks

I cannot believe my luck in these later rounds. Every time I think "the guys I really want are all going to start falling now" a bunch of people make picks who aren't on my radar at all. Keep it up people!

If it makes you feel any better Beast I picked by far the best worker left on the board to no discussion.

Don Owen will take a seat at the NWA table for now, though there could be issues on the horizon that will lead to problems.

There is honestly no one left where I would be crushed if I didn't get them. There absolutely is one person left I really want, but they are not totally essential to my promotion, and in fact they are going to be kind of hard to plug in. And that person is certainly not the person you are interested in.

If this was a draft in 86 I would have taken The Invaders myself two or three rounds ago if not sooner.

I'm guessing dkooky is sleeping, so goc will be able to lap him if he's willing to stay up all night.

The benefits of running a promotion as unique as WWC - you can take a great act like The Invaders this deep in the draft. The negatives of running a promotion as unique as WWC - Dylan might be eyeballing one or two guys left on your draft board!

I have to say that the pieces of my puzzle have all fallen into place after despite some serious scares. I have two more solid targets, but still over thirty names I have interest in in some capacity. What that means is that I will almost certainly get picks I really want through the 14th - and possibly 15th round. At that point I won't even care how the rest of the roster fills out so this is great.

I maybe could have waited another round to grab Morrow, but most of the guys I want haven't been going with these recent picks, so I feel okay. I would say I will probably get two more guys I really want, and I can't complain about that.
