AEW TV - 4/24 - 4/27 - Prince Nana About To Kill Em
Not to mention, Ospreay has all that momentum and they book him with lame-ass Roderick Strong (good worker, negligible character) for a title no one cares about?
-
AEW Dynasty - 4/21/24 - RIP John Forsythe
Thought it was excellent and I'm not a huge fan of either guy.

WrestleMania 40
We need a pro wrestling czar to ban ladder matches for a minimum of two years.

Kurt Angle
During this burst of Angle discourse, it hit me that I've hardly watched him in the last 10 years. Even during the last GWE, he wasn't someone I looked at with any focus. Might take a spin through a few matches just to see what I think of him now. I guess the greater point is that it's easy to become frozen in positions from decades-old debates.

Current New Japan
I was mixed on it. It had the unhinged violence/bumping you want from a match like that, and it certainly told a story. But I did feel the length. There were stretches when it lost any dramatic tension for me, in part, to be fair, because I feel zero attachment to most of the participants. The comparison to Cage of Death is apt, and I have to think that was the model these guys had in mind, but it didn't get all the way there.

AEW All Out - Dynamite
This show has been tremendous, even if most of the wrestling world would rather talk about Punk.

AEW All Out - Dynamite
Darby vs. Luchasaurus was damn good too, maybe the best Luchasaurus singles match ever?
-
AEW All Out - Dynamite
Joe vs. Shane Taylor was a tight, excellent slugfest after we got a tease of Joe as MJF's next challenger. I'll take all of that.

CM Punk Fired
With Danielson injured and Punk gone, what remains is not a compelling product. That's not to say TK was wrong to sever what seemed to be an increasingly toxic relationship. But it's an invitation for me to stop watching, at least for awhile.

AEW TV - 7/5 - 7/8
That was a hell of an episode of wrestling TV.
-
AEW/ROH TV April 19-21
I haven't seen a lot of Komander but man was he not good in that match.

AEW Revolution 2023
Seriously. Is there any matchup in which you'd rather see Wardlow than Joe? Would love it if Hobbs beats him.

AEW Revolution 2023
I hate the way Moxley and Page are working this, like guys who are more interested in searching for gimmicks under the ring than fighting. True brawling is such a lost art.
