FIP pretty much exists to get Chaysen Rance and MSL students some experience and showcase local FL talent. They pretty much only run when Evolve does.

Well I thought this was better than it actually was but I still liked it. Taz actually sold some for Tajiri which is an improvement from the Candido matches earlier in the year. That finish was weird though. I guess it had something to do with TNN but that was right out of the WCW handbook doing the wideshot. This is ECW where earlier in the show, you had Bubba Ray dudley talking about a mother teaching her daughter how to suck and you censor this? Just strange.

That opening promo was classic Dudleys. Only a guy like Bubba could make it work. Sure it's tasteless but that's ECW for you. I find something like Jamie Dundee's racist promos on Danny B to be much worse. As for the match, I gotta agree with EL-P, these matches do nothing for me. Only so many times I can stand seeing Balls bleeds and Spike take nutty bumps. Plus Dudleys hardly take what they deliver. That botched powerbomb by Bubba to Balls is sick locking. He lands right on his neck.

There was that time when the New Blackjacks were in the RWTL in 1997. I think they tried to make a deal with Baba in 1998 but it didn't work.

Wild brawl that is unusual to see in CMLL. This kinda felt like a AAA match with the mask ripping, blood and going into the crowd. Rey Bucanero has WWF logo on his tights and I don't remember him ever going there. I guess maybe for Super Astros? Finish was good with the Fuerza Guerrera type low blow.

This was amazing. Aguila's dive that took him out of the match was great. It's also great that Virus totally over shadows him. Especially Virus's elimination of Starman. This match had some guys that would go on to be big time stars in the promotion later on. Rencor Latino(Averno) and Astro Rey Jr(Mephisto).

Taz looks ridiculous wearing that Scotty 2 Hotty hat. Otherwise, I agree with Loss, good angle. I liked how Taz thinks Tajiri understand anything he's saying then Corino comes out and Tajiri understand him. Looking forward to watching Taz/Tajiri again cause I remember that being a real good match.

Really fun match. Takiawa looks gigantic as a Jr heavyweight. All action and Sasuke is just nuts with his dives. Especially the one towards the end.

Hopefully that means Show will be gone for more than a week. I agree with almost all of Seej's predictions except for the women's match. I think Nikki retains as she will probably drop the title to Charlotte.

I'd say check out the matches vs Payasos, Brazos and the Caras brothers. It's kinda hard to pick because it took me years to tell the difference between IV and V even though they had the numbers on tights. You can start with this match from 1991 Tijuana

I disagree with you about Jamie being better than Wolfie. I've seen too many shitty JC Ice matches on the 99 yearbook. He really fell off a cliff around 97. Meanwhile, I think Wolfie got better once he became Slash. Jamie is a better talker but Wolfie is a better all around worker.
