The whole Sasha thing is becoming stranger by the day. At this point it's been confirmed by multiple places that she's been released yet WWE hasn't commented on it and even the creative folks have not been clued in (although they have been working with the idea she's not coming back anytime soon). WWE has never been shy in letting the world know someone's gone and also burying folks they felt did them wrong. At this point I'm assuming she has a shit load of dirt and the company is walking on eggshells.

I really haven't noticed any difference short of maybe lesser stamina, but he's been mostly in tag matches.

Raven in ECW is a great example of "place and time" where the gimmick tapped into the zeitgeist of the times. The only point in history where that gimmick could have gotten over was ECW in the mid 90s. Plus I thought his best use was in ECW as the leader who could only keep dipshits like Stevie Richards along as everyone with an ounce of self respect would get sick of his bullshit.

NJPW Strong had a purpose when everyone was stuck where they were during the pandemic and it was something for the dojo crew to do.
