I thought maybe there'd be a little more interest since she's probably the most "dangerous" challenger Jade has faced, but maybe it's just a case of everyone believing "Jade is just going to beat her so who cares".

Khali did seem to get over in India, and WWE expected them to automatically cheer for a guy like Jinder who was pushed as a comedy jobber up to that point (and as stated before he's not even from India, he's Canadian).

doing the angle for ROH after the ROH TV title match makes sense and all, but maybe it shouldn't have been the main event in that case.

I'm thinking streaming deal as well. There were rumors it was going to be the last BIG ANNOUNCEMENT before the deal to buy ROH suddenly happened. Tony pretty much hinted he had something else to announce but didn't want to take away from the ROH news.

To be fair he just said there would be an overrun and to adjust your DVR accordingly. Didn't say or even hint it was going to be anything major.
