Like I know she was an actual MMA fighter but she looks like her limbs could snap at any moment under their own weight. I think those would be the smart picks, or Io and one of Team Kick so they can get beat up when the heels get the advantage. It's been pretty funny to see how crowds everywhere just refuse to boo the Kabuki Warriors. Kairi is just so miscast as a heel and Asuka is finally out there beating people's asses like nature intended there's no way anyone is not going to cheer them.

I know almost all the folks in NXT are young folks who think they have the world by the balls, but how many times are they going to get swayed by Uncle Paul having a rah-rah meeting every time it becomes clear that what they are being promised doesn't match reality? I get they all feel they're going to change the world and reinvent WWE...and hell, maybe someone there will, but the reality is NXT is nothing more than a wrestler storage facility at this point to try to keep folks away from AEW. You're lucky to even get on the Florida loop these days unless you had some kind of name on the indies.

People complained about the spot where Mox interfered in a match right in front of the ref and there was no DQ, so the following week they made sure the ref was not in a position to look stupid on interference spots.

I'm actually kind of worried about the safety of the women. Dave Lagana did an interview with Meltzer and said that between the numbers they've been getting on YouTube and the money they save taping at a TV station that has production on site, this model isn't as non self sustaining as they originally thought. Basically TV is still the end goal but the current plan of doing a taping cycle leading to a PPV won't be the end of the world if they don't immediately get picked up by someone.

If somehow Vince could be convinced to just handle the business side and gladhand investors and Saudi princes, WWE might be in a better state creatively. Unfortunately there's no evidence in the 74 years Vince has been alive there's any way that would ever happen.

It doesn't count because if the people getting good live reactions aren't the ones who fit in the company's narrow view of who can be a star they just get turned into cannon fodder for whoever is the flavor of the month.

Because the company thinks playing keep away with what the fans want is the path to success because.....reasons. Meanwhile part of the reason the new competitors are doing as well as they are is because the fans are listened to and them being invested usually will pay off.
