Bill Demott is not a good human Thread
Still, when one guy who's an asshole basically says "this guy's an asshole" it should end all the "well it's just some bitter lazy millenials" nonsense. The reddit post linked from the Post article made me wonder who the blind items are. The female exec who was removed is obviously Geddes, but she mentioned two divas were fired but if you follow rumors it shouldn't be hard to put two and two together.

The Jim Ross Is A Grouchy Hateful Vile Human Being thread
JR's latest blog featured the SCORCHING HOT TAKE that Bill DeMott was a victim of those damned entitled millennials and the whole scandal was made up by disgruntled whistle blowers who just couldn't hack it in DA BIZ. Seriously, fuck both of those guys so hard.

I just feel the need to mention that Hunter's been taking shots at internet fans for a while now, people are acting like the first time he did it was for this Sting feud. Considering all the evidence that suggests how amazingly insecure he is , I wouldn't be surprised if he legit takes offense at these nerds on the interwebs not agreeing with the company's direction.

Who is your least favourite person associated with wrestling period?
Todd absolutely losing his shit at Bryan during the "CM Punk will never ever return to WWE" was an all time classic moment though. Bryan even apologized afterwards realizing he took his contrarian gimmick* too far. *He's stated on several occasions he purposely plays a troll gimmick to get a rise out of people like Todd, you can tell the times he's talking to someone like Lance Storm he's like a different person.

For as many people who badmouth Dunn there are people who like and defend him. Rock, Austin and Jericho all speak highly of him Dunn literally makes wrestling unwatchable with stuff like the shaky cam during beatdowns, they even have it in the WWE2K15 game now. He also uses his position in TV production to create unrealistic body expectations in both men and women which have led many of both genders to do dangerous things to meet his standards. He has ridiculous hangups that cause people to have their careers sabotaged over dumb shit. He's the legit #2 person in power since he seems to have some Rasputin level power over VInce that even HHH and Steph can't get past. Having someone like that with so much power is the most damaging thing in wrestling IMO.

Bill Demott is not a good human Thread
Continuing the baseball analogy, as a Pirates fan it's been amazing to see the effect Clint Hurdle has had on the team. He's a guy who was on the cover of Sports Illustrated as a can't miss future star, had a middling career that was in part tanked by alcoholism, and has ended up with a managing career that has bordered on being a miracle worker. He got Colorado to the World Series and got the Pirates from doormats famous for a 20+ year losing streak into back-to-back playoff appearances. One thing that everyone has said along the way is how his handling of the players has been a big part of the reason why. I know it's an alpha male, tiny-dick macho man thing but it's not breaking news to realize being an abusive asshole isn't the most effective way to train people. Any time I hear of a coach in any sport acting this way, I just assume it's because the person involved just doesn't know how to coach properly.

WWE Network... It's Here
Yeah it would have been something to see George Steele giving a normal speech on 1994 WWF TV. It was still kind of jarring when I saw it on WWE 24/7 a couple of years ago.

What makes the Sting/H angle even funnier is that it's being booked for the same smart internet fans Hunter buries in the segment with Booker. A very apt symbol of how WWE always wants to have their cake and eat it too.

WWE Network... It's Here
Checking on my phone, there's nothing in the "sort by" option for prior to 2004, but if you have it set to list everything in the category they show up when you scroll to the bottom.

AAA Rey de Reyes card (Rey Jr return to Mexico)
From WO.com: The Rey/Mistico I team sounds great until you realize there's maybe only one working knee between the two of them.

WWE Network... It's Here
Amazingly sloppy by WWE's normally very high standards. Usually they've always been top-notch about preserving their footage...even dating back to the '70s and '80s. I wonder what the hell happened here. Pretty sure they weren't preserved since I don't think they were meant to be seen outside of a few clips on Raw or Superstars at the time.

But he has charts and graphs! Clearly that's worth the lawsuit that's bound to happen as a result of a publicly traded company keeping a known shitbag in that position for too long.

Funny thing is, for all the tales of guys being stretched at the Hart Dungeon (surely exaggerated as most old timer's stories tend to be), no one's ever told any involving Stu being an asshole just for the sake of it. His training seemed to focus on making sure you were the best working wrestler you could be and have the ability to defend yourself if shit got real, Also it's rare that anyone in TNA can come off better than a WWE guy, but EC3 owning Jericho in his response on Twitter was great.

Isn't it kind of odd WWE fought so long to keep Rey from going to AAA/Lucha Underground, only to just let him go seemingly out of nowhere? Maybe Televisa offered to foot his legal bills like they did for Alberto?

Honestly a lot of the show came off as them not 100% certain Brock will be at WM now after the blowup, and seem to be intentionally leaving themselves an opening to change the main event if they need to.

WWE Network... It's Here
After just adding one show in the last couple weeks, they just dumped a bunch of 1996 Raws to get them all the way up to September (they were in July before). I guess we'll soon see if my theory was correct and they start adding more Nitros when Raw catches up.

That whole segment with Booker was amazing in an armchair psychology sort of way. After the last few weeks of fan reaction capped off by his wife getting owned on Twitter, that was pretty much Hunter verbally swinging his dick in everyone's face.

So of course now everyone is believing the tweets were a work because she's coming back to start a program that was on the books for months (and doesn't involve Stephanie). Okay then.

You just know this Give Divas a Chance thing is going to end in them making a Rosa vs Cameron match go through 3 commercial breaks and use that as proof the womenfolk just can't handle long matches.

Brock showed up at UFC tonight sitting next to Dana, WWE getting trolled so hard right now.

The booking of Daniel Bryan going forward
Bryan aside, it's going to be quite a sight to behold when Roman's coronation as THE MAN involves matches with guys who won't be able to work around his shortcomings. You'd think WWE would want to keep him programmed with top level workers as long as possible.

At this point I'd watch them face off against the original Wild Samoans if it broke the cycle of "two teams face each other 100 times in one month" WWE seems stuck on.

Lucha Underground
Weren't the always having guys do promos in both languages? Since I'm only able to watch on UniMas it always seemed like Dario's in ring Spanish promos were shot in a way to not tip off he was doing a second take in front of empty seats.

The funny thing is if that is what she meant it would make her come off worse, as if the people making the show aren't worth sacrificing the .05 seconds it takes to tack credits on at the end (most shows either run them at an unreadable speed). Hell, USA does that double box thing on most shows where the end credits of the previous show and the title of the next one run side by side.

Either she's drunk or not actually reading the tweets she's supposed to be answering and copy/pasted the wrong response.
