You can't book Hook like Taz because Hook looks like a 16-year-old that would get bullied in high school. It's ridiculous watching him throw around grown men. It's too far of a leap in the suspension of disbelief land. It doesn't work. That fucking nickname of "cold-hearted handsome devil" ain't doing him any goddamn favors either. I feel like, if they were going the path of Rock Vs. Roman, they should have just not had Cody win the Royal Rumble again. I get that maybe The Rock wasn't available to be #30 in the Rumble, or didn't want to, or whatever... but they went about this all the worst possible way. It now makes Seth & Punk look like schmucks, lessens what winning the Rumble means and kinda shits on two years or storyline build. Of course, they also didn't know that C.M. Punk was going to get hurt in the Rumble or that the Vince McMahon shit was going to blow up & name-drop Brock Lesnar, so I get that they had to scramble to come up with something but how is that something Cody Vs Seth 4 when they've already done a Hell in a Cell and Cody is up 3-0?? We still have Elimination Chamber & I know that social media is going crazy shitting on The Rock & saying everyone wants Cody. I'm not even against Rock Vs. Roman, they just did it the wrong way.

Well, with the injuries to both Seth Rollins & C.M. Punk & the promo that he cut pre-Rumble, I don't see any reason to not just do GUNTHER Vs. Seth Rollins & have GUNTHER squash his ass & become World Champion. Then he relinquishes the Intercontinental Title, just like he said he would, so that no one ever beat him for that best with the longest reign ever. Cementing him as the greatest IC Champion of all-time & giving him all the credibility in the world as a top guy. Plus then Seth doesn't have to work a long match hurt. You don't always have to give someone the rub, right?

The amount of hand-waving shit like this I've read & heard the last month online has been immeasurable. I don't know what it is about wrestling fans but a lot of them are so deep in the bubble that their first inclination is always to defend the person in wrestling. Sometimes though you get situations like when the rumored Jericho/Kylie Rae story came out & even though it's between two people within in the business you still get comments like that. Shit like "well she was probably trying to get a push" like, what? "Well if she didn't like it, why didn't she quit?" I've seen that one probably a dozen fucking times at this point.

I wouldn't mind a Brody King singles push anyway, honestly. Get him away from the stable, might do him some good.

One big thing that I noticed during the Rumble matches is that the audio felt like you couldn't not only hear the pop of the crowd but you couldn't really hear the opening part of the theme song for each wrestler either. I never knew who was coming out until they were on the screen or we got a name on the Titantron. Like imagine the Edge Rumble comeback without the "you think you know me?" part. That's what happened all night long for every entrant. It was really weird. So yeah, they definitely fucked with the audio in some capacity.

Is it too far fetched to think The Rock could be #30 in the men's Royal Rumble match & win the whole thing? Challenging Roman Reigns at WrestleMania? Now that he's on the board of directors at TKO or whatever, I'm not sure if that's even still possible? I don't really feel like Punk or Cody are winning. Maybe Gunther but he's still the IC champ.

I'll never forget the Royal Rumble where they had The Big Show & Kane literally dump every single crowd favorite in the match until all the energy was completely sucked out of the building.

Reigns eating everyone's finishes has been fun.

Tim Storm would be a better commissioner than Nick Aldis just like he was more entertaining in Corgan's YouTube NWA, pre-Fuckasaur reign era.

I do remember during the first season of NWA Powerrr on YouTube, L.A. Knight, then known as Eli Drake, was one of the highlights of the season. That being said, Question Mark got over there, so, yeah... Also the real star was Tim Storm.
