Reactions to the Honorable Mention List, Part 3
This is where my slightly more mainsteam tastes like ranking guys like Great Muta and Dynamite Kid, for example, will come into play.

I'll edit that in, good idea. It did genuinely make me chuckle a good bit. I think that'll be the last of my gifs.

I was laughing at the sign off. I loved the post. Also don't forget Scott Steiner was on my ballot.

I think I went from 4 to 14 soldiers down. I do think Yatsu has probably been part of more all-time great matches than any other guy who has fallen and he's the one that came out of nowhere for me as the names were coming out. Like him ranking below Hase (for example) is a surprise to me. Maybe I'm just super-duper high on Yatsu but he soared heights that most guys, even those who will likely finish top 20 overall, can only dream of.- Premier Podcast Brand #1 - PWO's Greatest Wrestler Ever 100-51
Oh for fuck's sake, it's 4am, I was just getting to sleep, and now the pull ... Oh my god the pull ... Will I end up driving to McDonalds soon listening and then keep going after I come back till I pass out? Temptation is huge right now.- Lowest ranked wrestler with a number one vote?
He'd be the ultimate input candidate. GFK the output candidate.- Lowest ranked wrestler with a number one vote?
Ha ha. If there was a rap PWO, I know GZA would be a strong #1 contender. I guess this thread has been "answered", we just await the mysterious Jack Webb, who I'm assuming isn't JKWebb.- Lowest ranked wrestler with a number one vote?

Well, I said "posh for an aussie", heh heh- Lowest ranked wrestler with a number one vote?
Pretty harsh on Rae there. I thought Cuban Linx II was dope as fuck. Then again I'd say the same thing about any number of Steiners tags.- Reactions to the Honorable Mention List, Part 3
Brody, Luger, HHH Who can predict the correct order they will fall? My money is on that order with only HHH making the 100 and single-handedly invalidating the entire project in a hilarious fashion.- Reactions to the Honorable Mention List, Part 3
Did you have Scott Steiner at 1?- Reactions to the Honorable Mention List, Part 3
The thing I'm most curious about is who Jack Webb has at #2.- Reactions to the Honorable Mention List, Part 3

It's boring as shit when people make these kind of posts that defend one sentence posts that shit on a wrestler instead of encouraging further critical evaluation, even if it is just a way of paraphrasing why someone finds a wrestler boring as shit. It's a message board for crying out loud. Discussion is the whole point of it. And let's not pretend this would be the general (maybe it would still be yours) tone if we were discussing a worker the PWO hivemind (which the results have amusingly enough transcended so far) deemed great. We get it, you like a certain tradition of NJ shooty workers. Jimmy likes Randy Orton and Sheamus. Matt likes Andre the Giant in 1989 Chad likes Prince Devitt and Al Perez Steven thinks Bret Hart is the 5th best worker of all time Dylan loves The Hardy Boyz and ECW Johnny thinks the WWE haven't put a foot wrong since the Montreal screw job Could go on and on. The idea of a hive mind has been debunked a lot of times.- Reactions to the Honorable Mention List, Part 3
I think Inoki is legit the most boring wrestler of all time, and I still voted him. Career too good, and too many great moments, to deny. In other concerns ...- Reactions to the Honorable Mention List, Part 3
Bob Orton my 14th fucking soldier and 10th lost today- Reactions to the Honorable Mention List, Part 3
I out voted you on Saito? I had him at 80. That's insanity to me. The machine don't lie- Reactions to the Honorable Mention List, Part 3
160 - Masa Saito Low Vote: 99 That was me. My 13th guy.- Reactions to the Honorable Mention List, Part 3
If someone is really into "Big Match WWE" style matches, it wouldn't surprise me at all. He's also another guy, maybe more than anyone, that benefits from my above point about "aura". Just to play devil's advocate, I think he's actually a relatively easy guy to make a case for, from a certain perspective. Is that the perspective of "I have only ever watched WWE"?- Reactions to the Honorable Mention List, Part 3
