That reminds me that I thought Wrath and Glacier was the best ever! Well not really, but I did really like their stuff in 97. That is until Ernest Miller debuted. I liked Ernest Miller. In fact, I made sure to include the Wrath / Mortis vs. Glacier / Miller tag from PPV in 1997 on the 1997 yearbook. Even though he wasn't a good wrestler, I thought he was a really fun character in the last couple of years. Ernest Miller was a great character. I'm glad you added that match

Another one of mine is Mongo and I make no apologies for it. I'm a life long Bears fan so maybe that skewed my judgement but I don't care. He was very charismatic too so that helps

For some reason the clipped stuff doesnt bother me as much and is probably more fitting to the memphis style since it isnt as work rate-y as other places. USWA is one of my favorite promotions ever and a lot of that is based on promos/build up and the gritty trailer park redneck feel of the whole promotion.

Has anyone seen the 96 timeline with Sullivan? I'll be getting it in the next day or two, should be pretty good

While that is true in most regards, Will has an awesome Hart Foundation set to compliment this if there are any holes

Another guy for me was Mortis. I would lose my shit when Mortis was on my tv in 96/97.

I think the shamrock/Vader match is a must have even over the Owen match. Would prefer to see both but would take the Shamrock match first. The Austin/HBK match is interesting because if i recall it was their first big match against each other and it was at the point that Shawn was babyface but was trying to be a cool face like Austin

I dont love each match necessarily but both were fun so i could take them or leave them. If the Jericho/Eddie match from Fall Brawl is on here maybe the Jericho match is a little expendable. The lucha one is a fun fast paced match with a lot of random guys so i could see that being on the set just to show the depth of the roster.

If it was out of the two matches i'd go with Owen/Vader. Unique matchup that would stand out in a yearbook sense

I personally liked the whole War Games match so i'd vote for it in completion but wouldnt be pissed if it was clipped.

Yea the Rodman match is fun if anything else. Also shows how main stream the NWO was.

Yea i liked the One Night Only match a bit better. Maybe the last ten minutes of the Summerslam match is all you need.

I could go either way. The match was fine to me but maybe a joined in progress sort of thing would work.

Should be fun/bittersweet to see the dying days of USWA as well. So many great WCW B show matches too, this set is assured to be the easiest set to get through

I'm so damn pumped for this. I was just talking to Chad last night and asking him if he had heard when it would come out. Easily my favorite year in wrestling and my peak as a fan. The match listing alone will be a sight to see

I liked the New NWA in early 98 if that counts. Also I thought Adam Bomb was the shit back in the day

Also the Do Fixer Blood Generation match from ROH is a hell of a spotfest to show someone

Bret vs Owen from 10 is a great match to show casual fans as is Angle Benoit from the 03 Rumble. Would also throw in the lucha match from Soiled Out 98 and any of the Super Crazy Tajiri matches are fun.
