Going by the Tetsuya Naito precedent, this will lead to Roman being the top babyface in the company in 2025.

As I understand it, all you need to provide to sign up for Thunderdome is a name (which you can just make up) and an email address (creating a burner account is just about the easiest thing in the world). Any time you give people a platform with a cloak of anonymity, some people are going to take of advantage of it by broadcasting the garbage in their souls to the world. If WWE forced people to buy virtual tickets or otherwise provide proof of identity to participate, that kind of behavior would disappear in a hurry.

I might be giving Cornette too much of the benefit of the doubt, but his comments came across to me as more "in my day, this is what would have happened." When Last pointed out that it would be absurd to punish them because WWE has no policies against hanging out off the clock even if you're in the middle of a storyline feud, he more or less conceded the point. After being on the fence for a while, I decided to submit a ballot for this year's GME project. I used my rankings from my rewatching project as my starting point. I then reviewed the matches whose rankings struck me as incongruously high or low and adjusted accordingly. There are some takes in the rewatching thread that I wouldn't necessarily stand by now, so I created a separate thread to avoid confusing the issue. Plus, everybody else seems to be creating threads for their ballots, so here I am.

Mandy/Sonya has been changed from a hair match to a no-DQ loser leaves WWE match, which pretty well gives away the outcome. I guess they figured forcing Sonya to shave her head after everything that's happened to her recently would be poor form. Plus, she likely needs some time off.

There have been guys like Chris Benoit and Daniel Bryan who could come across as credible asskickers despite being on the shorter side. Adam Cole is not one of them. The fact that Cole has already been KTFO by the dudebro makes it even worse.
