They are getting LAZY with the scheduling. Sunday looks to have the Top 50 greatest finishers Beyond The Ring, followed by The Shield's Journey to SummerSlam...then they repeat this 3 hour block two more times in a row! Jesus, guys. Throw any random PPV in if you're looking to fill 3 hours.

I wouldn't read too much into it. It's just that they're already almost to the point in 95 where Nitro debuted, so they want to hold up now until they are ready to start posting Nitros and the Monday Night War series so people can watch them back to back

Watched this for the first time tonight. Match definitely meanders in portions, but never felt interminable like some other matches of this length can. Finish was screwy, though. I echo those who say Benoit-Scorpio pulled the last second pin way better.

If the goal is to reach 1,000,000 by the end of the year, I would damn sure be hiring people to do NOTHING but upload their little asses off, every piece of footage you can possibly think. You have to reach the niche of the niche at this point. Then hire additional people to work on the technical aspects...match searches, chapter stops, framerates. Little things matter. It's so simple a 4 year old could figure it out. If you are banking the success of your multi-million empire on this one venture...AND YOU ARE...why would you not take every step necessary to ensure its success?

If my understanding is correct, most if not all of the big 3 American promotion stuff is already ready to go. But if not, I would argue for: - The cage match from ECW Cyberslam 99 with the Dudleys (simply for the curiosity of a War Games match in ECW) - Sid's few ECW appearances (at least his debut against Kronus at Guilty as Charged) for sheer bizarreness -The Kat's "kittens" at WWF Armageddon 99...proving how far the Attitude Era had gone off the deep end when Vince finally allowed full blown topless nudity after teasing it since the previous year with Sable and Jackie at Fully Loaded

To this day, this remains one of my favorite things WCW ever did and it was the very first thing I popped in my DVD player when the Yearbook arrived today. It would still be a great moment even without Jericho's brilliant introductions, but that bit really puts it over the top. ("Here comes Silver King. If he wins 12 more matches, he'll get upgraded to Golden King.") What strikes me, though, is how the crowd was hip to what was happening AS SOON as Juvi stepped over the ropes. As a youngster, I didn't catch on until Dean pulls the Ciclope mask off, but that crowd seemed to catch on a bit quicker.

My only guess for the numbering of shows is maybe all the "Saturday Night Main Event" shows are numbered together and then the "Main Event" shows, because they have a different title, are included after in the WWE archives?

This was the first show since the Network debut where I feel like I didn't even get my $10 a month worth, opener aside.
