I agree that Boyd is fairly awful, but I like him. Reminds me of my grandpa. Also agree that Watts was better than Ross in MS, for the most part. Watts made everything so clear and believable as an announcer. JR probably hit his peak in down the road in '89 or so.

I didn't even consider either guy's singles matches. Since they were in tags for 90-95% of their career, that's the basis they need to be judged on. I voted for Eaton but felt it was fairly close and am sort of stunned the vote is not closer.

My wife and I are watching this together, sporadically. Wife is translating the commentary. We loved this Chicana guy and the match was a blast. It's got me psyched for the rest of this set, as I am a Lucha Noob and this is literally the third Lucha match I've EVER seen.

For me, Andre doesn't really become "unwatchable" until 1989 or so. Anyone that hasn't seen 70's Andre should probably do so, he's really, really good more often than not.
