[1991-09-28-WCW-Saturday Night] Interview: Barry Windham
I just watched his 1991 Timeline and he repeats a few times that he was next in line had Flair not left. Sean kinda catches him off-guard by saying something like "Well why didn't they give it to you later in the year?" The only thing I remember reading in WON was that when it was 100% clear Flair was gone they tried to get him to come in and drop the belt to Windham but it seemed like that was just as a way to get it to Luger at the Bash without doing the vacancy.

[1991-09-06-CMLL] Konnan vs Perro Aguayo vs Cien Caras (Hair vs Hair vs Hair)
It was whoever got pinned twice lost his hair. I KIND OF get why Konnan sat out the 2nd fall (so that the match would go more than 2 falls and I guess since logically the other two guys would just gang up on him to save themselves) it still is kind of unfair that he got the rest period. The way the rules were set up, the person that lost the first fall was in a better spot than the guy who lost the 2nd fall cos that guy would have to work the entire match.

Not to be pedantic (ok...it is) but that match (the first night) was in Nagoya.

He must have really saved as well as everyone says. I believe him too. Randy just seemed to worship his dad which isn't hard to do as his dad sounded like a badass. I just know how cynical wrestling fans are and how quick they are to call guys carnies and only out for themselves so I was curious if anyone made that argument in this case.

[1991-08-03-USWA-Memphis TV] Music Video: Leatherface / Bill Dundee vs Danny Davis
I had read about Leatherface for years in PWI and online without ever actually seeing him. I was sure he was gonna be just a guy in wrestling trunks and a weird Halloween mask given the USWA's record but it's not a bad get-up, all things considered. This video was pretty lame though.

Vince just loves hillbilly characters. He kept Jim around that long for pure amusement.

[1991-06-14-WCW-Clash of the Champions XV] Johnny B. Badd and P.N. News
I'm a huge Salt-N-Pepa fan and yet I never knew they were on this show. I mean TECHNICALLY it's just Pepa (and Spin) but I agree that it's pretty strange to see them on this show in such a tiny role especially given that they had just released their biggest hit at the time (#1 in several countries). I bet they were mortified at that horrible PN News "rap", given that Pepa is probably legitimately one of the top 5 female rappers of all-time.

I was thinking about the Poffo Breaking Kayfabe today. Do people believe his story about Savage not wanting in the HOF unless the whole family goes? I do, for sure, as everything anyone has said about Savage seems to indicate he was fiercely loyal and held a grudge forever. Just curious what other people thought.

Who's the "local flavor" HOF picks for next year?
I thought way too long about this a few weeks ago and after having a good chuckle about Lash LeRoux, the names I thought were most obvious were the Freebirds and Roberts but looking here, Duggan and Taylor are also great ideas. With the new DVD coming out, I think Watts might be an early favourite too.

2013 Indymania Weekend
I've seen a couple people bashing BarberShop Window as a result of this raid. I've smiled at a couple of their shirts, considered buying a few but haven't gotten around to it. Why the hate? Have they screwed people?
