[1992-05-01-NJPW-Explosion Tour] Big Van Vader & Bam Bam Bigelow vs Keiji Muto & Hiroshi Hase
I actually found Hase somewhat annoying in this match. First he is kicking out of Vader's power bombs. Okay, I presume that move hasn't been established in Japan as his finish. He takes a pretty good beating. I'll give him that but he makes no attempt to tag out! He's all bloody and tries to headbutt Bam Bam. Not smart. But anyways after taking his beating, he finally gets the upper hand against Vader and doesn't make the tag to Muto. Match spills to the outside with all guys involved. Finally, with Hase in control he makes the tag to Mutoh who hits a moonsault. Hase then tags back in! How about taking a few moments to recover from the beating and the blood loss? Bigelow and Vader eventually gain back control and squish Hase. I was actually rooting for Vader when he chokeslammed Hase which shouldn't have been my reaction. Again, Hase takes a great beating but him making the tag was not done at the appropriate time.

[1992-04-30-NJPW-Explosion Tour: Top of the Super Juniors] Jushin Liger vs El Samurai
What's up with the referee taking his sweet time cleaning the mat of streamers? Anyways, I thought this was really good to great. I wish they could have kept up the hatred throughout the match after the mask ripping. It was very unusual to watch a masked man wrestling with his mask completely torn off his face. Camera wise they don't zoom in that much and any close shots are quickly switched to another camera angle. Kind of hurts not having the visual of someone's face when they are hit with a big move or in submission. As match goes on they do show a bit more and more of El Samurai's face. He seems to not care at all though and wrestles as is. Which is good as would have been annoying if he was trying to cover his face up over and over. They busted out some nice big moves at the end towards the finish. All around, match was very enjoyable.

This was pretty great. Looks like he will never get out of that bed. Bandages over both eyes and visible redness also. If he knew this would happen he would never have become a wrestler.

Crush calling out Skinner and Repo Man was setting the bar pretty low though he did throw in Sid at the end.

[1992-04-18-SWS] Ric Flair vs Genichiro Tenryu (2/3 falls)
The entrance stairs seem very steep from the camera angle view. Little change of pace for Flair from what we have seen on yearbook so far. He looked really strong in the first fall and wins with the figure four! I was expecting a Flair flop off Tenryu's sumo rush but didn't get it.

Liked the awkwardness at the end where Sting moves his chair away and Ross just looks into the camera. Dusty just sits there smiling the whole time.

[1992-04-17-CMLL] Octagoncito & Misteriocito & Mascarita Sagrada vs Espectrito & Piratita Morgan & Pequene Pierroth
Thought this was fantastic. Loss uses the word "graceful" which is a perfect way to sum up some of action. Thought everyone looked great as the moves and transitions look so fluid. Favorite part of match is Sagrada doing a flippy entrance into the ring off a tag and getting absolutely smoked by a running kick from Espectrito. He takes a great beatdown for an extended period after this.

[1992-04-18-AJPW-Fan Appreciation Day] Mitsuharu Misawa & Kenta Kobashi & Toshiaki Kawada & Tsuyoshi Kikuchi vs Jumbo Tsuruta & Akira Taue & Masa Fuchi & Rusher Kimura
On paper, I was expecting a classic Survivor Series elimination type match with all eight guys involved so was disappointed to see it was just a series of tag matches with loser getting replaced. It had it's moments but did go a very long time. There were some stretches in middle of match that made it hard to focus. I actually preferred the first "match" of them all and Fuchi was the best. He hung around for a long time which was good but missed him once he was eliminated.

[1992-04-16-NJPW-Explosion Tour: Top of the Super Juniors] Jushin Liger vs El Samurai
Samurai tossing the chair and Liger catching it in mid air was cool. Liger fired the chair back at Samurai who managed to get out of the way. Samurai playing up being heel was all fun with him trying to tear Liger's mask and the hitting the low blow. Antics were enough to get to Liger and win. Good match.
