[1993-02-27-SMW-TV] Ricky Morton vs Bobby Eaton
Cornette ain’t worried about any potential mystery partner Rock n’ Roll can have. Jim doesn’t think any single guy could beat one of his Bodies. The Express answer to that challenge. Oh, Bob Armstrong is quick to approve such a singles match. I'm waiting for Giant Gonzales to show up in Smokey Mountain and dunk a basketball in one of these gyms. Stud Stable interfere in match. Cornette beating up Rip Rogers.

[1993-02-22-WWF-Raw] Interview: Hulk Hogan, Brutus Beefcake & Jimmy Hart
Hulkster making an appearance in a small venue. Not a big reaction to Hogan after being gone almost a year. No delayed milking to the crowd by Hulk. Hogan wants his best friend to join him and Beefcake comes out. Brutus is so void of charisma right now. They got themselves a new manager in Jimmy Hart. You sell out!

[1993-02-22-WWF-Raw] Interview: Hulk Hogan
Hulk wearing his Ico Pro shirt! Hogan ready to make his return to the ring. Vince calls back to his same interview with Hogan before Wrestlemania 8 (in same setting) which is a nice touch. Hogan wearing the black and white in 1993. Hulk wants to be the leader of the 90’s. There is now five demandments of Hulkamania.

[1993-02-21-WCW-Superbrawl III] Vader vs Sting (Strap)
Vader has to be the most intimidating guy to be on the opposite end of a strap. Different approach as they are doing the four corner touch outside the ring with Sting dragging Vader around. Vader with the big fallaway slam off the middle rope. What is a valid corner touch never seems to be consistent as Sting kicks Vader into a third corner but referee considers this to be an interruption. Sting shows impressive strength carrying Vader around to three corners. So Sting kicks Vader off into the fourth corner for the Vader win. Which again doesn’t make sense and shows referee as being inconsistent. Still a strong match though as these guys were just made for each other.

[1993-02-21-WCW-Superbrawl III] Great Muta vs Barry Windham
Crowd seems quieter than previous matches. Flair on commentary but not adding much. Muta keeps going for moonsaults and missing. Barry wins with the elevated DDT. Muta didn’t sell that as good as other guys do. Windham finally wins the NWA Title and Flair puts the belt around Barry’s waist. Didn't look like much of a match and Barry deserved better with winning the title.

[1993-02-21-WCW-Superbrawl III] Chris Benoit vs 2 Cold Scorpio
Both guys look great and the crowd was very appreciative towards Benoit who they may have not been too familiar with. Scorpio could really move around in the ring. The pace did kind of slow down towards the end with a time limit draw looking like the result. But the last minute they get going again and the finish is timed perfectly. No more Jim Ross? A somber and sober end to the WCW Drinking Games in the yearbooks.

[1993-02-12-AAA-Sin Limite] Misterioso & Volador vs Tony Arce & Vulcano
Way too much stop and go after they would hit a move to the point it got frustrating. Teammates arm dragging the other on to an opponent outside ring was cool. The submission to end the second fall was funny. A rush of blood to the head caused the guy to give I guess. Match had it’s moments.

[1993-02-20-WCW-Saturday Night] Ricky Steamboat vs Brian Pillman (Lumberjack)
I see RVD out there as a lumberjack. Took me a while to notice Raven. Was that Henry Godwinn ringside too? Pillman timed that dropkick perfectly when Steamboat was coming off the top rope. Austin was doing a great job as cheerleader for Pillman. Cactus was doing a better job than Douglas trying to help out Steamboat. Ending actually happens during a commercial but luckily the tape machines were rolling. Gets chaotic at the end as I’m so focused on the all the lumberjacks brawling that I miss the finish.

[1993-02-16-NJPW-Fighting Spirit] Riki Choshu & Tatsumi Fujinami & Osamu Kido & Hiroshi Hase & Tayayuki Iizuka vs Genichiro Tenryu & Ashura Hara & Takashi Ishikawa & Ricky Fuyuki & Tatsumi Kitahara
Great match. NJPW winning two straight falls was fine as it’s good to not always go three falls but here there was plenty of time given to the first two falls. WAR guys actually looked better and kept coming in the ring non stop to break up submissions by NJPW. Choshu winning both falls himself kind of didn’t set well with me on paper but it was executed well with him being the closer by getting tagged into to put a weakened opponent away. Tenryu gets taken out late in the match with is too much for WAR to over come. The NJPW guys rushing into the ring to cut off the WAR guys was great since the WAR guys were interfering so much earlier in match.

[1993-02-15-WWF-Raw] Ted DiBiase vs Brutus Beefcake
Beefcake must have not wrestled in years but he’s dragged up to set up Hogan’s return. Jimmy does a face turn which felt out of nowhere. The briefcase shot sounded good but couldn’t seen the impact from camera angle.

[1993-02-14-AAA] Eddy Guerrero & El Hijo del Santo & Konnan vs Cien Caras & Mascara Ano 2000 & Universo 2000
The ring mat looks so slick and dangerous. They seem to be trying to keep it to the ground which is for the best. Konnan rolls himself up in a ball and just hold’s his knee. There was a triple team spot timed completely wrong but they didn’t have much hope by having both Santo and Guerrero jumping off the top rope at the same time. Risky to go that long in match with weather conditions.

[1993-02-14-AAA] Rey Misterio Jr & Winners & Super Calo vs Heavy Metal & Picudo & Psicosis
AAA jumping the gun on WWF for outdoor arena. Looks kind of familiar to Vegas arena used for WrestleMania. That was a blazing fast first fall with enough action. The triple pose backfires. If you’re going to slam your own face into the guardrail you might as well do it in style like Winners.

[1993-02-13-UWFi-Final Battle] Nobuhiko Takada vs Kiyoshi Tamura
If only we had a run in by Caras to kick Takada in the nuts. I like that Tamura gets pissed off when he loses points on knock downs. Seems like guys don’t show much emotion to take downs when they are using scoring system. Scoring was lopsided but Tamura puts up a good effort only to lose by TKO when score drops to zero.

[1993-02-13-WCW-Saturday Night] Vader vs Rick Thames
As Ross says, now that’s a powerbomb. Vader whips Thames for good measure with the strap.
