[1991-11-23-WWF-Superstars] Interview: Miss Elizabeth
I was totally looking through my sleazy Attitude Era glasses on this one and seeing more than what was really going on.

[1991-11-23-WCW-Power Hour] Sting vs Cactus Jack (Submit or Surrender)
Really cool moment with Sting and that young fan ringside before match. Another gimmick match on WCW TV. Ross plugs hotline and mentions big stars negotiating on coming to WCW. Valentine? Williams and Gordy? Never heard of this match before. Sting looked so flat mid way through year against Kolloff. He looked great here and so did Cactus. Jack takes a sick bump on the floor and gets knocked out cold which makes him still look strong by not actually given up. This would be talked up more if it had been a PPV match.

[1991-11-21-AJPW-Real World Tag League] Mitsuharu Misawa & Toshiaki Kawada vs Kenta Kobashi & Tsuyoshi Kikuchi
Kobashi tries to give Kikuchi a helping hand but Kawada kicks him in the head. Kawada then bodyslams Kikuchi from the ring outside on to Kobashi. Take that! Kikuchi actually holds his own against Misawa in a forearm exchange. This is more sporting than some of the recent AJPW matches since the guys are tag partners. Kikuchi delivers another strong performance. Misawa’s Tiger Driver at the end was so impactful that it even knocked the cameraman off balance.

[1991-11-19-WCW-Clash of the Champions VII] Sting vs Rick Rude
Here comes the ambulance. Sting limbers to the ring. Referee really rang that bell pretty quick. That’s a crappy decision. Dude, give him some time. Big press slam on the ramp by Sting on Rude. This was a coordinated effort to get Sting over. He’s still injured from the Luger attack though. Ha, Rude does the Flair face first bump into Sting’s knee. Rude holds the tights and gets the win on Sting. Short but a good one. Title gets put on a hot Rude and Sting can focus on the World Title now.

[1991-11-19-WCW-Clash of the Champions VII] Arn Anderson & Larry Zbyszko vs Ricky Steamboat & Dustin Rhodes
Windham wearing a brace on his hand and unable to wrestle. But they have a tag partner to fill in. Dragon Master from USWA! I finally get to see him wrestle. He doesn’t look seven foot three inches tall though. Damnit, BackToBionic beats me to that comment. It’s Steamboat! Big crowd approval of this and the heels sell this big. Enforcers finally get themselves quality opponents. Excellent match and a very crowd pleasing victory for Steamboat/Rhodes in winning the tag titles. WCW has made some really good recent additions in Rude and Steamboat.

[1991-11-19-WCW-Clash of the Champions VII] Sting, Madusa and Lex Luger
Sting gets a gift of a dozen sweaty muscular guys. He needs a prize! Oh Madusa pops out of the box . And crawls on her knees towards Sting. Looks like she wants the stinger after all. Tony holds the mic up the whole time why Madusa gropes Sting. Luger ends up hitting Sting from behind. That was out of nowhere.

Watching whole shows vs. watching individual matches
When it comes to music I almost always play my Ipod on Shuffle mode outside of Movie Soundtracks or Pink Floyd. Anything else I'm fine on single songs. When it comes to wrestling I actually like watching whole shows when I'm on my exercise bike. I find wrestling and soccer to be the easiest things to watch getting through a workout. That said, I'll probably watch half of a WWE PPV during a work out. Not the full show in one setting. Can't remember last time I watched a full wrestling show in one setting on TV. Like others said, you can always fast forward/skip through the garbage though. The yearbooks have changed my viewing habits in way as I like the variety you get so your not hit on burnout of watching a certain wrestler, as much as you may like them, over the course of a couple hours.

[1991-11-17-WWF-Wrestling Challenge] Interview: Randy Savage & Miss Elizabeth
Not one of Elizabeth's better dresses. Macho has a really good reinstate slogan. He wants to be in the corner of Bossman and LOD at Survivor Series. Well the opposing team was suppose to be Roberts, IRS and Natuaral Disasters so I'm wondering who was scheduled to be the fourth wrestlers on Bossman's team. He gets a good reinstate chant from the live crowd.

[1991-11-16-USWA-Memphis TV] Music Video: Gravedigger
Dave Brown has that look on his face like he is really trying to hard to put this over as legitimate. Music is a nice touch. Slowest grave digger ever. But Undertaker must be rolling over in his his watching this.

[1991-11-16-USWA-Memphis TV] The Spirit of America vignette
Slaughter may need to go the same route and pick up trash to get his country back. Embry trashes the park. Littering never looked so much fun. He seemed to be having a grand time making fun of Spirit of America.

[1991-11-16-WWF-Superstars] Funeral Parlor: Hulk Hogan
Flair confronts Hogan on the Funeral Parlor! He really is a sight to see both guys face to face with their title belts. Great Flair promo. Undertaker pops out of a casket and hits Hogan with the urn. Flair joins in. Hogan wasn’t so clever this time trying to avoid an attack from Undertaker. Piper and Savage come to Hogan's aid. A six man with Hogan/Savage/Piper versus Flair/Roberts/Undertaker would have been awesome.

[1991-11-16-WWF-Superstars] Sgt. Slaughter vignette
Sarge taking time out from his tourism of historic sites to spend some time with school kids. He leads them in the Pledge of Allegiance. I’m missing those Skinner segments.

[1991-11-16-WCW-Pro] Terrence Taylor & Richard Morton & Thomas Rich vs Big Josh & Dustin Rhodes & Tom Zenk (Cage)
I guess the previous match warranted this now being in a cage. Don’t think the feud has that much heat to be the case. I was reminded in a way of USWA-TX with the gimmick matches. You have a no DQ cage match and everyone is treating it like some traditional six man with tags. Was more like a fence just to keep people inside.

[1991-11-16-AJPW-Real World Tag League] Mitsuharu Misawa & Toshiaki Kawada vs Stan Hansen & Dan Spivey
Misawa takes another pre match beating to knock him out. Hansen was crazy out of control here. Spivey almost felt invisible due to Hansen being such a stand out. Spivey has Kawada in boston crab and Hansen just gets in the ring and wallops Kawada with a chair. He proceeds to fire the chair at Misawa on the apron. Terry Funk would be proud of that chair toss. Misawa and Kawada step it up on the end to try match Hansen. Good match and Hansen takes out Misawa after the match too.
