All Elite Wrestling
I still believe this promotion wont cater to what I like about wrestling - at least for the most part - but I hope they knock it out of the park and are able to give a presentation and feel that's different to anything else that's going on right now. Wrestling needs it.

[2019-04-03-Pizza Party Wrestling] Daniel Makabe vs Fred Yehi
Not sure how to explain what I felt watching this. As far as fun and innovative offense, there's not a lot better than these two. That alone makes this worth the watch, though it does feel a little long even with a good running time (22 minutes aprox.) as they do a bunch of holds and pretty much none of them had any sort of payoff at any point. I guess I would this a fun "hold fest", they exchange and bunch of shit, struggle a lot to get in control but it has little meaning. Thing is, what they do is just fun as hell to watch.

WWE TV 05/06 - 05/13: Let's just cut 30% of all federal universities' budget
I don't think anyone is arguing that WWE will do it or is realistically capable of pulling that sort of thing right now. My point was that the task at hand - a big change in presentation - is not that difficult. It's a shame they wont do it when it's right there for them to give their product a nice (and needed) spark that doesn't even require that much effort.

The things is, wrestling lends itself to a big angle that would lead to a complete overhaul of the presentation of the product. Like, you can build something up so when the FOX debut happens, you get a whole new different feel for the show that was provided because of a big match/angle. And in this day and age they've done so little programs with big and real stakes that if they do one that ends with such a big change, it would probably do great in the ratings and business.

Ahh, that makes more sense.

The fact they announced 240 things in a week is mind blowing in itself.

Give this man all the fucking belts, seriously. Let's see how quickly they lose those titles though

Yes, The Rock and Ric Flair.

Actually this seems like it's building up to Vince saying "fuck it" and ending the brand split

Shane vs Roman feud? aw man, fuck that shit.

So what is the Wild Card rule? I tuned in because I read D-Bry showed up and is wrestling tonight, but the commentary team did nothing to explain that shit, just said this match was happening because of it EDIT: Ah, now Cole explained it.

WWE TV 04/29 - 05/05 Bolsonaro's strategy is worse than Jon Snow's
I guess I'm back to watching SD. I hope they book a lengthy feud between him and Roman. I'm fascinated by the idea of Bryan doing everything in his power to get booed and Roman cheered at all costs. And the matches would be awesome. That would also take away the "dread" of Reigns taking the main belt so soon.

WWE TV 04/29 - 05/05 Bolsonaro's strategy is worse than Jon Snow's
Oh, it gets better....well, worse, but it's funny for fuckery purposes (they quote Dave btw) Matt Riddle finally found to loophole to be high as fuck without any worries.

WWE TV 04/22 - 04/26: Institutionalized Insanity
Edit, skipped last page and didn't realized the Harper thing was posted and discussed already. Rey did, or least was willing to do it - can't remember if they actually went to court - and it took him like a year (or more) to be finally be released.

WWE TV 04/22 - 04/26: Institutionalized Insanity
I'd say the matter in the long run. WWE has a tendency of making their babyfaces look dumb constantly, so of course they all lose steam.

WWE TV 04/22 - 04/26: Institutionalized Insanity
Agreed. It ain't that complicated, there's no good heel to take the belt off Kofi. So basically, don't take the title off Kofi.

WWE TV 04/15 - 04/21: Superstar Shakeup but the real Shakeup is a country who arrests and beats up its teachers
But they weren't hush hush with Sheamus' concussion then

Has there been any updates on Sheamus and Bryan's injuries or vacations? Read really vague rumors so far.

I hope he ends up as an agent for AEW, and I hope that roster fucking listens to him.

[2019-04-21-AJPW-Champion Carnival] Yuji Okabayashi vs Zeus
This wasn't a hoss battle, this was a damn KAIJU BATTLE :mark:. 16 minutes of two fright trains clashing against each other until one proves which one is the strongest. The go full Kobashi/Sasaki with the chop battle, I think they spent like 3 straight minutes just chopping the fuck out of one another . In the beginning it seemed Zeus was going to work on top for Yuji to comeback eventually, but that was not the case at all, this was more of a sprint with a bunch of strikes and suplexes and excess. Only part I found too much was the suplex exchange part, but eventually they sold the fuck out of the exhaustion this type of effort would require so I can't get too mad at it. Awesome crowd too, they got what they wanted to see. If you are willing to accept the excess/ridiculousness that comes from this type of match, you are gonna fucking love this!

CM Punk returns in a mask?
LOL. That was uncoordinated and clumsy even by Punk's standards. I hope that Bix tweet ain't true because if he's been working some matches and looked like that, it seems the ring rust is worse than expected

Dear lord that GTS looked like shit

WWE TV 04/15 - 04/21: Superstar Shakeup but the real Shakeup is a country who arrests and beats up its teachers
Wait, you've been arguing about Sasha Banks and her antics (some, just alleged). And now you are asking why would people speculate over a random sex clip from a wrestler's snapchat that has been doing weird stuff on social media - that seem to be aimed to pissing people off and getting fired, or some really weird/ridiculous worked shoot/meta stuff - for months?

[2019-04-14-BJW] Yuji Okabayashi vs Daichi Hashimoto
N°1 Conteder's match for the Big Japan Strong Heavyweight Championship. Yuji gives Daichi an awesome match once again first exchange is Okabayashi trying a simple arm lock but Hashimoto is able to reverse it and work Yuji's biggest weapon. That lasts like 2 minutes. From that point forward, it's all about Oka being awesome doing great strengths spots and brutal chops to decimate his opponent. Daichi is game, taking the beating and showing good fire and good strikes (with some beastly kicks). Crowd goes from complete respectful silence to LIT for the last few minutes. Can't blame them, this was great.

WWE TV 04/15 - 04/21: Superstar Shakeup but the real Shakeup is a country who arrests and beats up its teachers
In the weekly fuckery from Lana. She uploaded a clip of a couple having sex on her snapchat (possibly her, though I honestly have no clue). Of course people speculated a bunch of stuff. Then she deleted her snap. I wonder how close WWE is from to banning social media or some wild shit like that
