I don't think this would work. You'll just have a macho business donkey wrestler talk about his super karate monkey death car. Beautiful reference.

Ziggler AND Ambrose. And then Sheamus came back, looked like a murder machine, and gets stuck in a pointless feud with Ziggler.

Guessing when the Shield ran through Evolution last year, June 2014. Yeah, he then kayfabe broke up The Shield and made its worst member (who was his personal favorite) his on-screen protege and in-ring proxy, who's now set for an 8+ month title reign. He won.

Rollins's booking is getting almost too much play for why he's a failure as champ.

[2011-01-30-DDT-Sweet Dreams] Dick Togo vs Antonio Honda
It was instantly one of my favorite matches ever when I first saw it. Felt like the pinnacle of "lucharesu" if the lucha part meant classic apuestas brawls.

WWE Talk September 28 to October 4
It was definitely not worse than some of the stuff from February/March. There's going to be a lot of hate for Kane-Rollins that's ultimately "this isn't in the Aztec Temple so it sucks".

That match should win Xavier the Non-Wrestler of the Year.

Liger vs. Mysterio
I really love the Eddie-Rey SD match from '04 for the title, even more than their '05 SD match in the middle of the legitimate epic that was that feud.

WWE 9/21 - 9/27: Cause Grimmas has no internet
It's funny that, excluding the women and the proven non-WWE stars that with very few exceptions (Big E. and Rusev), NXT has really been best at developing managers (Bo, Enzo, Xavier. Sandow was an FCW product but one of the guys who bridged the gap. Wyatt is a manager whose development as a worker, at which he's often been great, has been kind of stunted by him being made into a manager.) for a company that has no use for managers. God bless Dusty, right?

That's a terrible plan!

The Goto-Nakamura and Ishii-Makabe series are both just bizarre. ANOTHER year where they give the IC title to someone other than Nak, decide that it was really a failure and that they need Nakamura to hold the title. The last match for the title without Nakamura was in June 2013 (Sombra-Volador) so the last match in Japan was in May 2012 (Goto-Ishii). Ultimately, isn't it just more stalling on Nakamura-Okada, because they have an excuse to keep them away from each other? Or will Nakamura-Okada happen and be for the IC title if Okada loses the HW title? So it'd be more weird layering of that as a program. I don't know.

Ambrose-'Taker. What does the latter have going on for him? It'll also be a reminder that the company ran "The Streak" into the ground but then had three new stars who were 2-0 at WM and all lost this year.

White tights Rollins is a babyface, though, so he's going to fight honorably.
- Who do you think should/will win the Royal Rumble this year?

I think that it would have only worked with Rave. The entire meta-story of his resurrection and all.

I actually like Kazarian's vest for a guy whose gimmick is supposed to be "obnoxious veteran heel jackass". He SHOULD be as characterless as possible, because he's just a jackass. I hesitate to call it Larry Zbyszko-like because that's obviously the highest of praise for someone in that role, but it works for me that way.

Between the Sheets #8 (September 8-14, 1994) (Featuring Charles aka Loss & Sean Wheelock)
He's been the Stardom president since it started in 2010, for the rough view. He's had stuff to do this year to say the least.

<Split Topic> Entrance Music in WWE
Guerrero Maya, Jr. used Laura Branigan's "Gloria" in IWRG, which is truly wonderful.

Are we really having a conversation about disco in a wrestling context and ignoring the Midnight Express?

<Split Topic> Entrance Music in WWE
The actual physical entrance matters, too, of course. They have a desperate lack of entrances that have a true atmosphere about them, and that takes a lot of genres out of play.
