WWE TV 04/23 - 04/29
I thought Billie was one of the absolute best on the indys around 2010-2011 so I'm hopeful she'll eventually reach some highs. Peyton excelled and shined throughout the NXT run. I still think Billie's been a lot of fun since their callup, thought they were the highlight of tonights show.

Who was a bigger star at his peak?
This always stuck me with me as a super cool moment. Absolute mega star, amazing reaction. Again I say I wish it lasted longer. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3m1OCc71PqI

Who was a bigger star at his peak?
One things for sure, WWE needs more music videos w/ mainstream artists to put over their rising stars. Always a great tool, not used often enough anymore. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y7IoFx0TTAQ

Who was a bigger star at his peak?
Man, Hardy in 2009 felt like THE absolute hottest star in wrestling. I loved it. His WWE title win at Armageddon 08 is one of my all time favorite moments and his championship celebration kicking off the following SD felt like a really awesome big moment. Was sad to see him go when he did, I wished it lasted longer. When he started 2010 in TNA, I thought he'd be a bigger deal for them. His overall 2006-2009 run was an excellent period of ring work for him where he just killed it against a variety of opponents all the time. I know he's 40 now and I doubt he'll ever reach those heights again but I'd love to see him have a similar run.

Post-Mania WWE TV (04/09 - 04/15)
Coach is doing a broadcast on The Golf Channel next week so sadly it's a one-time return for Booker. Coach said he'll be back the following week.

Post-Mania WWE TV (04/09 - 04/15)
I feel like that was true at one point back when they had her 'undefeated on PPVs' streak but then they had her jobbing left and right to Bayley over and over again just last year before getting her away to SDL.

Roman Reigns as the ace post-Wrestlemania
Hell yeah. I'd been wanting Lashley/Lesnar cause I know Lashley's always wanted that but I figure Brock's for sure leaving. Lashley/Reigns sounds awesome as does Lashley/Styles. I figure Reigns/Joe will be happening first but yeah the Shield shit is way past done as far as that triple threat being some sort of dream match. It happened and there's no need to rush back to it again at all, I much prefer them as allies that team when needed.

Roman Reigns as the ace post-Wrestlemania
That's pretty sad, because that's what pro-wrestling was about. Watch who gets over and push the hell out of them. Rusev could be a hot act. Braun should be the Monster Champ. Honestly, this all is a product of the monopoly. With WCW kicking their tale, there's no way WWE spends three Mania main events in a row on Reigns "becoming the Ace". This is my biggest thing when it comes to Reigns. I don't love the guy, but I think he's a great wrestler and has improved as a promo by leaps and bounds. But so rarely does any wrestling promotion go with the hot hand or stray from the plan. There's no telling what they could have done with Braun if they made him the guy. I don't wanna come across as a guy who only complains about WWE. I mean, I am pretty excited for WrestleMania this year... ... but ... I am somehow 100 percent confident that, if they had decided to make Braun the guy they would have done it in such a way that at least half of us would hate Braun now. You know, book him as a Superman instead of a monster, or try to make him into the next Austin-style guy who is succeeding despite being held down (while forcing him down our throats) or have him find an old ventriloquist dummy that gives him advice... Already crossed that line to me, way too much Superman booking at Survivor Series and Elimination Chamber most especially and recently moving into the comedic goofy babyface stylings.

Is TNA the worst wrestling promotion in history?
Agreed on this - loved the Alberto/Aries video package and now saddened that it's all for nothing since the match is off. Tremendous build and it's a shame we won't get what would've been a 'first time ever' match. Coming off the Impact/LU show, they announced Pentagon vs. Fenix for the Redemption PPV. It was shaping up to be a real solid card, hopefully it still will be with a new main event/opponent for Aries. I actually find Josh amusing most of the time, but I think they planned to have Don Callis replace him on commentary while he became Sydal's manager until Borash leaving changed those plans.

WWE TV 2nd - 8th April 2018 (Wrestlemania Go Home Shows)
Only in response to KO trying to kill his father and Sami causing him to potentially cripple himself.

Biggest Pops and Best Crowd Connection you have seen in person
Speaking of which, London said a couple days ago he took a bad landing and dislocated his shoulder, fractured his clavicle, and tore ligaments connecting the shoulder/clavicle. Ouch

26th March - 1st April WWE
They just attempted to kill him on TV a week ago, though. It would be one of the dumbest things ever. Exactly, I don't see the setup or any reason at all that would happen. I know it certainly could happen just being WWE but don't see any logic behind it or why it would happen in storyline.

Hulk Hogan returning to WWE
That'd make me a Braun fan for life but yeah probably zero chance. Definitely feels like still a huge IF Hulk ever returns at this point, but I'll always hope for and support it. I think he'd be great as GM and do a similar job to how Kurt's been doing on Raw.

Daniel Bryan has been medically cleared to return to the ring...
Shoot, that's an obvious Mania 35 match isn't it? If Angle holds up that long? Yep, Angle tweeted about Bryan being cleared with a #WM35 hashtag at the end. Definitely hope to see it

Rape culture in pro-wrestling
They actually even edited the Flair/Becky kiss off on the Network, pretty quickly as soon as any negative comments starting coming up about it.

Is TNA the worst wrestling promotion in history?
Thirding the love for the Aries/Alberto segment, great stuff! "See, the 3 way at Sacrifice, you got a 33 1/3 chance of winning but I, I've got 66 2/3 chance of winning!"

WWE TV 03/12 - 03/18
I agree, but I'm afraid it's gonna end up being Nia squashing her in a minute or so.

Comments that don't warrant a thread - Part 4
Smackdown was Friday from 2005-2015 before moving back to Thursday and eventually Tuesday. If you count TNA Impact, it was on Wednesday for a year or so at one point. They went Saturday (04-06) to Thursday (06-10) to Monday (2010) back to Thursday (2010-2014) to Friday (2015) to Wednesday (2015-2016) and back to Thursday (2016-present) Other than Sunday Night Heat, I guess Sundays are saved for PPVs.

Mixed Match Challenge
I figure Miz/Asuka have to win, considering Asuka made mention of her streak being on the line in their last match. It's the semi-final in 2 weeks, the winners face the winner of either Roode/Charlotte or Rusev/Lana against the "second chance" team voted back in by the fans.

Hall of Fame 2018
I hope for Sid every year. I think Big Show is definite not long after he officially retires. Bigelow had been rumored for this year so that's still possible I think with maybe one spot left. Ivory is in this year's class

Favourite pop to a match/buildup
Luger's '97 WCW Title win over Hogan on Nitro. I really loved Shane O Mac's return a couple years ago. Amazing reaction and a rare true genuine shocker surprise where there were no rumors about or anything leading up to it.

Favorite build-up promo video to a big match
^ Co signed on the Cena/Orton vid. Great stuff. Here's my two most recent favorites, both from 2016. As said before, I wish they'd nail these more often. Reigns/HHH "Hail to the King" made this feel real big time despite the obvious outcome of it all. MITB 2016 "Black Honey", did the best job in years at putting over how big of a deal MITB is and made this one feel real special.

Favorite build-up promo video to a big match
Of those listed, the Survivor Series '02 first Chamber one to "Always" by Saliva is an all time favorite along with the Bryan "Monster" vid and the Taker/Shawn WM 26 "Running Up That Hill". Love those and really wish there were more of that caliber on a regular basis these days. Here's some more all time favorites of mine. Test/Steiner "Suffocate" Unforgiven 03, did a really fantastic job at making a midcard feud come off like a huge deal. Vince/Bret "Human" WM 26, regardless of the actual match I f'n loved the build so much and this video, really enjoyed the first half of 2010 in general.

Ring of Honor Wrestling
I thought Emma/Tenille looked like a total star upon her entrance there.
