Guess I have to step out of the bubble a bit.

DIY vs Revival, I'm down for it.

Tables got more of a reaction than the NXT guys, oh boy.

[2019-02-17-WWE-Elimination Chamber] Daniel Bryan vs Kofi Kingston vs Jeff Hardy vs Samoa Joe vs A.J. Styles vs Randy Orton
What more can be said for this beauty of a match has not been said? All six men delivered big time.

[1989-11-29-AJPW] Giant Baba & Rusher Kimura vs Genichiro Tenryu & Stan Hansen
This was a thing of beauty. What do you do when you're dealing with limited performers? Do what Tenryu/Hansen does best beat the piss out of them. Everything these two did had so much intensity to it from the stomps to the chops. Baba/Kimura had an excellent performance as faces in peril and their selling was top notch.

Is Impact* the best wrestling promotion in history? *(Now TNA again, 2024)
It's a very digestible show. I know Pursuit is apart of Anthem but I just wish they would land a huge network. I saw there short documentary for Bound for Glory and seeing D'Amore getting emotional and being proud about LAX/OGz make want this company to get wins in their favor.

They had something special in Braun but they've squandered, damn shame.

[2019-02-08-Impact Wrestling] LAX (Santana & Ortiz) vs Lucha Brothers (Pentagon Jr & Fenix)
These four did it again throwing psychology out the window and having a spotfest and cool tag team moves and I loved it.

My guess is Fastlane since they want a hook for you to watch Raw the next night. Also is Sasha still not cleared?

[2019-02-11-NJPW-New Beginning in Osaka] Hiroshi Tanahashi vs Jay White
While not a bad match this majorly lacked energy of being an epic and they fell short on trying to capture the magic of the shock Okada win in 2012. Jay White has improved greatly and carried himself as a star in this one. Also appreciate them doing everything they possibly can making White legit with little shenanigans on his behalf and Gedo.

Kinda bummed it not being Aries, but we got RVD/Sabu. Lucha Bros/ LAX was fantastic, they do spotfest matches perfectly.

All Elite Wrestling
Aja Kong at Double or Nothing? Take my money AEW. Really loving the working agreements they've set up.

AstroBoy's 2019 MOTY tracker
Johnny Gargano vs Ricochet This is a strong MOTYC for me. The contrasting styles of Gargano trying to chain wrestle while Ricochet trying pull off every flip imaginable messed well to start things off. Then they kick it to another gear going full on PWG with crazy spots and multiple nearfalls. Excellent match.

I know Aries have terrible attitude problems but his an excellent pro wrestler and hope him coming back can bring Impact some kind of buzz.

Handling it all
For me made it a goal of mine's this year to keep up with the companies that interest me the most. Every chance I get I hop over to cagematch to keep me on track. If I have some down time at work I get on my phone and watch a recommended match when I can, so far it's working out great.

Balor/Rush was hella fun.

They've killed all interest I had in Braun.

Rusev is a great performer with so much range he'll get over anywhere. I want him to leave so he can the big time talent I think he is.

[2019-01-29-NJPW-Road to New Beginning] Hiroshi Tanahashi vs KUSHIDA
Really did enjoy the simplicity if this match. You knew Tanahashi would work the leg and Kushia working on the arm. Everything gelled perfectly and built to the finish at a nice pace, great stuff.

[2019-01-14-Stardom] Momo Watanabe vs Tam Nakano
Tam shines in matches with her being the scrappy competitor who gives it her but always coming up short and this was no different. She went up against the confident champion Watanabe who laid it with her kicks and bomb throwing, great stuff.
-
[2019-01-14-Stardom] Kagetsu vs Jungle Kyona
Kyona was fantastic work from underneath and sellling her arm big time. Kagetsu was also great with her limb work with anytime Kyona was gaining momentum she right back to the arm for defense plus that armbar from the rafters was sick.
- [2019-01-13-BJW] Violent Giants (Shuji Ishikawa & Suwama) vs Strong BJ (Daisuke Sekimoto & Yuji Okabayashi)

[2019-01-27-WWE-Royal Rumble] Brock Lesnar vs Finn Balor
This was a brilliant sprint and Brock should only work with those who he respects because he steps his game up all the time. He was so giving making Balor's offense look so amazing as a fiery babyface going for broke throwing everything he had.
-
[2019-01-27-WWE-Royal Rumble] Daniel Bryan vs A.J. Styles
This was an extension of their TLC match with the aggression and the limb vs limb work. It was good but not at that level.
-
[2019-01-27-WWE-Royal Rumble] Asuka vs Becky Lynch
Slow pace to start off but things picks up with stiff shots leading to a great finish, good opener.
