This is pretty shoddy booking. It's already stupid that they announced the rematch at Summerslam before this match even happened, but this match really hurt any credibility Rude had as a challenger. Decent match for what it was but I really can't see how they thought this would help the Summerslam match.

Dundee really is a pretty terrible boyfriend. Not only does he let her get kicked in the head in Texas but now he agrees to a match where she's handcuffed to the post when the heels outnumber them. Anyway, this feud is pretty great and I'm so glad Lawler is a babyface now. Really liked the visual of Bill Dundee throwing in a bat from out of nowhere too.

I really enjoyed this. I thought Toyota did a really good job taking a beating from Bull and felt her hope spots were really good. I did find it a bit odd that she got so little offence in. Shame there isn't a longer match between these two as the big vs small dynamic really works well here.
