Pretty safe assumption.

Greatest Royal Rumble?
Lashley would be a better choice. LOL what? The guy hit a fucking shoot brainbuster on a guy.

Roman Reigns as the ace post-Wrestlemania
I know Braun is THE GUY and I am completely on board with that and I like him even more than Roman. However, my question is: can’t Roman at least be The Guy for a few months? Like, please? This whole debacle has killed Brock Lesnar for me even more than Roman. Starting to shoot hate the dude. Anyhow, for a silver lining, I guess Roman has been saying he wants a program with Bryan which I would surmise means he obviously is ready for a heel run.

"He's ambitiously stupid" - Why Scott Keith's new book is scary bad
Very insulting to TLF.

Greatest Royal Rumble?
I pretty much have to watch it for the surrealism, personally. And here I am hoping Roman finally fucking wins because I’m the idiot who comes back for it. My fandom is basically Roman after having taken 6 F-5’s right now.

Also, you grab a hold and call a spot. Is it that complicated?

That’s great. I’m going to need to start watching their show. Always love Yehi and have really been enjoying Lawlor more each time I see him.

Too much or too little?
I’m all about short matches. It’s the era of the sprint.

WWE TV 04/23 - 04/29
Really liked both shows this week. Moreso Smackdown. Thought the Iconics were great and I really loved that finish with the roll-up through the ropes. Hell, I even enjoyed the Big Cass promo. Thought the distraction finish with Naomi was a case where it actually worked. Hoping this leads to a gimmick for her where she doesn’t listen to men telling her what to do and she sneaks into the Saudia Arabia show. Smackdown does seem like it has a shot to be really good, even though it still does have awful aspects like Luke Gallows and Randy Orton.

Just watched Heidenreich/Taker casket match at Rumble '05. Holy shit. That is one of the worst things I have ever seen.

Ring of Honor Wrestling
So bad. Worst matches in NOLA that weekend.

Post-Mania WWE TV (04/09 - 04/15)
Because they don’t want to have Braun in the tag division and they wanted to give him something to do that wasn’t being in the battle royal.

Is TNA the worst wrestling promotion in history?

I could actually see WALTER not going. Same. Guy seems pretty dedicated to training. There was an interview that he and Jakobi conducted with Drake Younger right after Drake had signed with WWE where WALTER said that Mania, WWE, etc. is not the kind of wrestling that he enjoys or wants to do. That could certainly have changed now that so many of his peers, former wXw guys, etc. have signed, though. I’ll be happy to watch him wherever he goes.

Who was a bigger star at his peak?
Have a friend who literally just started watching WWE again this week for the first time since the Attitude Era, after I had been trying to get him to for quite a while. He’s a huge MMA fan and Ronda getting so much positive press after Mania made him finally cave. Anyhow, when I had told him a few weeks before Mania how pumped I was that I was going to see Daniel Bryan’s comeback in person, he had no idea who he was. This past Tuesday, he texted me to say how pumped he was to see Jeff Hardy win the belt on Raw. Obviously anecdotal, but I think plenty of people did Yes! chants at various events without a hint of curiosity as to what they were derived from.
