Well, what's on the thing?
After seeing that match - hell, after seeing the entrance - I was ready for Goldberg to get the belt at Mania. I'm looking forward to seeing him against anyone.
I've always felt Joe would be an NXT lifer, wrestling for a while and then helping with training.
He just misses for me. It's kind of a cool look, but I just can't get into his work. I just finished watching his BOLA win and came away thoroughly disappointed (and I genuinely love PWG). I would be fine with never seeing another finger cracking spot ever again.
This dude had a short run but he packed a lot of awful into it.
Anderson is fine it's just that Gallows moves like his back or his hips are just totally shot. I don't know, maybe it's just me. Perhaps I need to make some gifs of what I'm talking about.Yeah, Gallows is atrocious. Anderson is what he is.
I finished catching up on PWG this evening. I definitely didn't like BOLA this year as much as 2015. Just don't care for guys like Scurll/Ospreay as much as I do Zack Sabre at this point. They also didn't have as great of a story going on as they had during 2015, post-BOLA. Strong was so incredible during that stretch that he made the shows great just on his own. I have started Progress now, with Chapter 1. It's very rough, production-wise but I am planning on watching the growth of the promotion through each show since I have seen and heard a lot of folks speak highly of it.
This was the first one to pop into my mind when I saw the thread title. I remember being really bummed as a fan watching it.

I'll take Powerbomb.tv over shelling out $120 for Gabe Sapolsky's creative vision.
I expected him to be as terrible as ever, so I haven't bothered with any Meltz audio.
I re-upped for a month so I could grab all of Alan's podcasts that looked good that I had missed in the past couple of years since I canceled. I enjoy the board from time to time, mostly in the podcasts section. Otherwise, no way I can justify paying more for a newsletter than I do for the Network or High Spots.
This is a board based on grown men playfighting in their underwear. Yet somehow, this has taken the cake.
PWG Thirteen. Working on catching up on all the shows from this year. The run from DDT4 2015 through 2016 has been epic. I marked out like a kid watching Sabre's title win. TNA superstar Trevor Lee has been a fucking blast. Chuck Taylor's winning streak. Thatcher getting over in Reseda. Jeff Cobb debuting. Also, a much greater appreciatiation for Chris Hero than I had previously, especially with his 2015 run through BOLA. Roderick F Strong. I know the promotion isn't the most highly thought of on this board, but I just adore it.
Even stranger was giving 3 to that Dusty Classic match. I hadn't subbed to the Observer for a couple years but re-upped for the Black Friday sale so I could catch up on all the DKP podcasts from the time I was gone. Was just reading this week's newsletter and definitely felt very out of step with the perception Dave has of current WWE/NXT to the point where I can't imagine staying a subscriber after my $4 month ends.
Yeah, he is a pure bullshitter.
