The NBA Playoffs are pro wrestling
I thought they would have had a great shot against Toronto. I don't love the matchup with the Bulls because of their size. Definitely hope Giannis gets a chance to explode on the national scene more. My main hope is that they have a strong showing in the playoffs and go into the offseason fully on the ascent with Parker coming back, Giannis as a burgeoning superstar, MCW (whom I personally love), and a great young coach and fresh ownership that seems to "get it." This was a fun season to be a Bucks fan, even if the offense was horrendous most of the time.

Is Daniel Bryan Nearing The End Of The Road?
This right here is all that matters......they clearly didnt want him as the guy for 2 years now.....now they have reasons (even just a concussion this time), they have their ammo.... Shame...concusssions are no jokes either...has he had many? Would guess he has had a ton of them. Especially from his ROH days. If anyone is a slam dunk to have CTE, Daniel Bryan would be at or near the top of the list.

Is Daniel Bryan Nearing The End Of The Road?
Would think he was cleared and then symptoms returned.

Glad I clicked this and it wasn't that terrible Shoemaker piece from the other day. Just hoping the Bucks make their series interesting.

Dave Meltzer stuff
Yeah, that is my understanding, as well.

On the bright side, no Todd Martin audio shows.

Along the same lines, when that guy loses, he is automatically being BURIED~! because Vince and Kevin Dunn hate him.

Modern Indie Wrestling
I loved the shit out of the Bucks/WCTT Guerrilla Warfare match. It's not something I seek out, either, but I think it's fine. Especially in an environment like PWG.

Famous fans
It's the first album in a long time I have liked from him. My favorites will always be the old Darnielle and boombox albums.

Absolutely. I especially despise "workrate."

Too much modern product bashing, not enough old school
What IS that? I must listen.

When is someone actually carried in a match?
Usually, it's when a guy that is generally beloved among hardcores/in smark circles has a good match with a guy who is generally disliked. In most cases it is used, it's just confirmation bias. This is definitely the case when it comes to the Reigns matches against Bryan and Lesnar. It's not usually used in this way here as much as it is in other places, by Meltzer, etc. but I think in most cases, that's what is. "This guy is supposed to suck, but he just had a great match. It must be because the good worker he was in the ring with carried him."

Smash wrestling is streaming VOD now.
I miss seeing the SSB's in the US. Going to sub to this eventually when the mood strikes me.

Your Wrestling Pet Perfections/ Utter Love
Early '90s USWA in general would be on my list. Bless the Yearbooks for turning me on to the amazing talents of guys like Billy Joe Travis and Gary Young, among others.

Your confessions as a wrestling fan
Yup, in all it's glory. I can't feign the righteous indignation about it. It's fucking wrestling.

Your confessions as a wrestling fan
I don't think CM Punk is very good. I like Roman Reigns. I love the Hogan/Slaughter feud.

Ricky Morton Also, Sid's fist bump is a GREAT call. Any time I give a fist bump, I try to replicate those at MSG. This includes fist-bumping walls and other inanimate objects. Sid in general is a great call.

Which of the McMahons is the best performer?
I love Steph's recent stuff, but she had a lot of bad stuff. This is Vince by miles and miles. One of the greatest heels in the history of the business.
