  1. Rick Rude circa 1992 & Bruiser Brody circa 1981.
  2. Steiner wasn't a debutant, he was with the company before. Including having a Wrestlemania moment.
  3. Big Van Vader was a great squash match sports entertainer. He was just so ferocious .
  4. Every Jay Briscoe promo in 2015 was currency.
  5. growing up a wrestling fan, I used to tape matches off the tv. Except squash matches. I found them uninteresting. Although I would record competitive squash matches. Guys like Johnny Rich, Jimmy Powers & of course Iron Mike Sharpe. He's dead now, but he will live on thanks to the internet.
  6. I was disappointed with a lack of after show awards but other than that another fun show fellas.
  7. Ray Rougeau Leo Burke Road Warrior Animal
  8. Badstreet USA predates the wrestling album. Adrian Street sang his own stuff as well
  9. Vs Barry Windham, Vs Shane Douglas, vs Chris Benoit
  10. The thing that I liked so much about Bret, was that I was emotionally invested in the outcome of his matches. With the vast majority of wrestlers, I want to see them put on a good match, entertain me. With Bret, I want him to win. Look at that great finishing sequence with Dibiase @ Survivor Series 90, he had me hooked.
  11. Jeff Jarrett's Double J outfits were shit. Ultimate Warrior @ Summerslam 92 was sad.
  12. Thanks for the catch. I've replaced one with Jericho. I had no idea Jim Ross posted here.
  13. 1. Jay Briscoe 2. Cesaro 3. Dalton Castle 4. Brock Lesnar 5. Scotty Mac 6. Luke Harper 7. Mark Briscoe 8. Dean Ambrose 9. Kevin Owens 10. Jun Akiyama 11. Samoa Joe 12. Roman Reigns 13. John Cena 14. Alberto Del Rio 15. AJ Styles 16. Bobby Fish 17. Bram 18. The Miz 19. Bray Wyatt 20. Seth Rollins
  14. Pointing/looking at that damn Wrestlemania sign.
  15. Mr. Lacelle replied to Strummer's topic in WWE
    Brock only wrestles rematches.
  16. Diesel's run in 95 drove me to care about sports & movies cause I also hated Hogan's 95. I just felt like Diesel was being shoved down my throat & I didn't really feel him until he lost the title & did that really cool tweeter angle where it felt like the freshest thing in wrestling. Why couldn't that guy be the champ? However I guess not even prime Stone Cold would have been able to make me care for King Mabel & Sycho Sid as challengers.
  17. Stan Hansen had some good tag matches in his career. Brody, Gordy, Dibiase, Spivey.
  18. I'd like to see Cesaro win, I could see Brock winning it all.
  19. @outlawjamboree I tweet whatever
  20. American Dragon vs Low Ki July 21 2001 with Ricky Steamboat as the special ref.
  21. I'd like to read a review of Cesaro vs John Cena from Raw in Feb. 2014. My favourite Cena match of all time.
  22. Mr. Lacelle replied to Grimmas's topic in Nominees
Arn needs to be in such a discussion.
  23. When I was a kid, in the 80's I hated the cut & dry baby face/heel structure. I much preferred when it was just a couple of wrestlers wrestling. This idea that it can only work one way is flawed. It can work different ways for different audiences at different times. Movies, music, sports, everything evolves. The beautiful thing about the faux fisties is that when done well you can have cards with a variety show feel. All sorts of stuff that can appeal to the parents who got dragged by their kids, the spouse who came along to support their s/o's passion & the hardcores themselves.
  24. Warrior/Rude is so damn good it can't be ignored, easily Warrior's best performance.
