I'd say please watch his match from ECWA vs Low Ki with Ricky Steamboat as the ref. That's my favourite.

BattleBowl 93 was less useful than a typical Clash. No story lines were advanced & zero stand out matches. Hell it was barely referenced on tv afterward.

Brock Lesnar was pretty good at the sports entertainment right from the get go.

The show was called World Grand Prix Wrestling, formerly Atlantic Grand Prix Wrestling. I believe they called their tag titles the North American tag team championship. I think this was filmed in Moncton NB at their TV studio. No idea on the date, I think it was 1986 or 1987.

I think his TV match with Cesaro from last year was his best & Parv would dig the heck out of Cesaro.

1992 WCW was cranking out awesome matches on multiple shows each week. Heck, you could make several compilation sets on this year & promotion alone. Arn Anderson, Vader, Bobby Eaton, Larry Zybszko, Ricky Steamboat & Rick Rude had his career year. As close to perfect as one can get. Not talking about their gates, purely from the perspective of a viewer.

I'd enjoy reading reviews of the promotion I grew up with, Grand Prix Wrestling. How about Leo Burke & The Cuban Assassin vs Spoiler & Nikita Kalmikoff. My first ever live show was headlined with these 4 guys in singles matches against each other.

I really liked Warrior/Rude from Summerslam 89 & versus Savage @ WM7, just can't see him making my list.

Favourite & best are The Funks. Not including Jimmy Jack Funk, that must be stated.

I'm a huge fan of Steven Regal vs Larry Zybszko from WCW Saturday Night.

I'd say Mutombo was Big Van Vader.

I have a theory regarding Trips. Vince truly loves his daughter, so much so that he passed over his first born son & let's his daughter run roughshod over the company. He knows that she loves this mediocre draw & talent but her happiness is more important than anything so he keeps putting him over so she will smile. Hunter's monster push is the result of a father's undying love of his daughter.

Greg Valentine over Ricky Steamboat at Wrestlemania 4 robbed us of a chance of not making that show awful.

Referees not enforcing count outs. This drives me bonkers when I attend a live event. I always tell the officials to count. It's up to the workers to be smart & not stay outside so long that they make the refs look impotent.

Steve Austin's WCW theme was so great they never stopped using it.

Original song is Badstreet USA, real song is tougher. I'm torn between Another One Bites The Dust & Gimme Back My Bullets.
